That was the 2020 team.
I’ll revise my comment then.. this team is WAY better than the 2019 team. 2020 was better than the 19’ team, and 2021 is better than the 20’ team. Not even close between the 19’ and 21’ team.

How would you compare them to the 2019 team?
I would say they are 10-14 points better than last years team.. maybe even a field goal better than that.

Based on the progress of the year and the earlier head to head I’m assuming pretty much everyone’s is taking New Albany over Seymour. Which on the surface then doesn’t leave much discussion left here for the year.
But to keep a little of the talk going I’ll pose this question. What does Seymour need to do one both sides of the ball on Friday to keep the game within a punchers chance at the 2 min. drill?
Move the ball and eat up the clock.. New Albany is going to come after the QB time after time again.. they have the speed to do It on defense. They are going to make Seymour make quick decisions.

Sorry for the double post, couldn’t edit. If you end up at Seymour, I’d recommend Brooklyn Pizza/ Seymour Brewery. Right up 2nd Street from SHS. Or Rockford Ridge Drive in on 11 north of town.
Love me some Rockford Ridge.. I actually just ate at the Fish House on Saturday, another one of my favorites.

Didn’t realize it was at DC
Me either! So I’ve updated my prediction! Cathedral by 4 TD’s..

I hate to sound like Lou Holtz, but a lot can happen during a game, and that's why they play. DC beat the Irish down there 3 years ago. I just hope the Irish aren't looking ahead.
Irish by 4 TD’s. Sorry this Irish team is light years ahead of the team from 3 years ago.

Something tells me this years result against Westfield might be a little different.
That’s fine… the state champ result will still be the same.

Is he on here? I’ll gladly share some of my haters with him.
Unfortunately he’s not, you would be looked at as the Pope if that clown was on here lol.

When I think of "disgrace to living breathing humans," I think of Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer. Is this poor Parkhurst guy, who has a passion for high school football, really in that same category?
Please, let’s not degrade Ted Bundy… Parkhurst and Dahmer… yes… but not TB.
Just now, Donnie Baker said:He probably won’t kill anyone or eat them but he’s still kinda a dickhead and I’ll say it right to his face!

If Merrillville somehow makes it to state, CP is the kind of guy that would blame a blowout loss to Center Grove on the wind.
Parkhurst is a disgrace to living breathing humans.

Warren Central losing tonight hurts. I will not be as active now that the season is over. The final score was 13-8 Lawrence Central.
I’m going to miss your hot takes and unbiased score predictions for WC….

Man ! No love for Seymour on here!
I didn’t think they were a huge underdog tonight. I thought it would be a toss up game, I picked wrong haha..
It’ll be a blowout next week tho. New Albany will romp to the sectional title.

New Albany - 28
Floyd - 7

Whiteland - 31
Columbus East - 7

The CE team def improved as the year went on, but the offense was non existent against the good teams that CE played and the defense was too small and too weak against those same teams.. weight room this off season boys as East will return a boatload of players

Why would you get in trouble? Talking about a team is one thing. Talking about the field conditions is a completely different thing, and even appears it would not even factor into your post
He’s talking about a Cathedral JV player that played too many quarters in week 9… LOL I mean, how bored must he be to be talking JV quarters player in week 9 of the season.

I really did not want to name the school because it does not matter what school because it was not the kids fault more that how a coaching staff let it happen.
also I was in the mood to be a little bit of a smart butt
also if this does happen would both games be a forfeit
No, because he was eligible in the varsity game against CG, and the JV game doesn’t matter. You could literally go to the front doorstep of the IHSAA and they wouldn’t care at this point. JV season is over. Who gives a shit if a kid played too many quarters week 9 in a JV game.

Never said they weren’t good… just said they aren’t nearly as good as this team.
