I have a feeling my friend @Yuccaguymay not be “working” on the field officiating, but will be pouring his knowledge and friendship into the younger officials very soon. And it will be very welcomed.

Interested to follow how the draft (travel in and out) fares in Pittsburgh. I know a few of us on here listen to the PMS (who has a large Pitt knowledge). I know the schools are shut down those days. They say travel will be a nightmare. Anyway…. Didn’t want to detract completely but also didn’t think a full thread was necessary.

Dead. Lol A side note to the Harangody “hypothesis”. His brother (I believe maybe @Bobref can fact check this from memory) Ty was a stud TE/H-back at Andrean and IU.

Amazing show, and not to detract, but is widely why TV got into the “filmmaking” style of tv shows. I always understood that to mean how much effort and creativity show runners put into making the weekly episodes.

And the stats you provide, prove it. Thanks for sharing. Hockey is an amazing game that I (100% on me) need to view and learn more about. We are lucky to have Eddie O in the Chicago market for a lot and he does a great job explaining.

I admit, I am not a huge viewer of hockey, mostly because I was raised in the Chicago market and very few “nationally” televised games/hockey TV channels/packages. The owner of the Blackhawks would blackout home games (IMSC) and I wouldn’t even think to put a hockey game on when I could. But I do have amazing, center ice tickets (maybe 10-15 rows off the class) when The Great One played for the Rangers in Chicago. So close, one of the people I went with tried to catch an errant puck and we had to leave bc he dislocated a couple fingers trying to one hand the puck. I just remember thinking Wayno was a man amongst boys in the NHL! He was a magician. SOOOO FAST and SMOOTH.
