Castle 14 Bloomington South 0 (5:52. 1st) After fumbling the ball on their first possession of the game, South threw a pick at the South 38 yard line and Castle got another short field TD. This entire game has been played at the South end of the field after two straight turnovers.

Castle 7 Bloomington South 0 (8:55, 1st) Bad luck struck South twice at the start of the game. With South's starting RB Gavin Adams out after turning an ankle last week, his replacement Ben Morrison was hurt right at the start of the game. His replacement at RB was WR Drew Crum-Hieftje and there was a handoff issue on 3rd down with a fumble and Castle scored a very short field TD.

Bloomington South 28 Bloomington North 7 (final) With South having a first and goal at the North 2-yard line, South took a knee to run the clock out. After starter Gavin Adams went out late in the 1st with an ankle injury, backup RB Ben Morrison came in and ran for over 200 yards. South will play either Castle or Evansville North next week and regardless of who wins that game, the Panthers will be traveling to the Evansville area for a road game.

Bloomington South 28 Bloomington North 7 (8:40, 4th) After picking North, South went on a 96-yard drive capped off by a 33-yard TD run by backup RB Ben Morrison and it probably put this game out of reach for North.

Bloomington South 21 Bloomington North 7 (end of 3rd) South has the ball fairly deep in their own territory at the start of the 4th. South DL Ralph Rogers went over the 100-tackle mark on the season and just added an INT which they don't get many opportunities for.

Bloomington South 14 Bloomington North 7 (half) South's starting RB Gavin Adams who went down with what looked like an ankle injury in the 1st, was limping going to the locker room so he probably won't be back for the rest of the game. Adams is a big loss for the Panther offense although Ben Morrison has run pretty well in his stead. South will get the ball to start the 2nd half.

Bloomington South 14 Bloomington North 7 (0:48, 2nd) A nice 84-yard drive by North gets them on the scoreboard as they had to convert two 4th down plays to keep it alive. Cody Mikulich scored on a 4th down run which is the first rushing TD given up by South this season.

Bloomington South 14 Bloomington North 0 (5:11, 2nd) South scored on a 75-yard drive. South's RB Gavin Adams was shaken up on a tackle after a 26-yard run in the first qtr with what appeared to be an ankle issue. Ben Morrison has taken his place and has run well so far.

Bloomington South 7 Bloomington North 0 (end of 1st) A gaffe on my part as I lost my video feed and thought South had hit a FG when it was the extra point after a TD from the 4 yard line.

Bloomington South 3 Bloomington North 0 (2:28, 1st) South had a FG attempt blocked on their first possession, but then had a drive to the North 4 yard line fizzle out and they hit a 22 yard FG. North is still looking for their first 1st down of the game.

Franklin 35 Terre Haute South 34 (final) TH South drove to the Franklin 10-yard line with 7.5 seconds left and 4th down. Franklin saved their season with a blocked FG.

Franklin 35 Terre Haute South 34 (1:28, 4th) The Braves have the ball and need to get at least in FG range.

Bloomington North 56 Seymour 38 (final) Seymour scored with just 36 seconds left to close out a high scoring game as both defenses were challenged tonight. North will meet city rival South at South for the sectional championship next week. It's been almost a month and a half since South has played a game at home.

Bloomington North 49 Seymour 31 (9:24, 4th) The Owls are not giving up and went on a quick five-play drive to score and then tried an on-side kick that was unsuccessful. North RB Cody Mikulich is over 200 yards rushing right now.

Bloomington North 42 Seymour 24 (2:24, 3rd) North's QB threw a 54-yard pick-6 as the Owls cut into the lead.

Bloomington South 35 Columbus East 7 (8:43, 4th) After a snap went over the head of the East QB, he tried to throw the ball after retrieving it and threw a 58-yard pick-6 to extend South's lead.
