  1. After last weeks win there is a glimmer of hope, that they take care of business in Jersey.
the coach out there is pretty talented, good at adjusting, analyzing film, all the stuff pros do.
    Trap game for Indiana?
    what ever that means.
A win out their will solidify in my mind ,that this is a legit contending team. A loss and we see how it goes the rest of the season. Regardless Indiana got some good pub from last weeks win.

Not sure about the boundaries but with open enroll seems like kids go where they want.  something odd happened at NH.  They used to roll over most NE8 MIddle school teams. But their soph-7th classes couldn’t compete in either football or basketball.  Like there was a mass exodus of athletes.  I’m not plugged in there so m not in the know.  Just see the results.

The Bulldogs never really have had much of a sports history. I mean of high caliber teams. Here and there they have had a few group of good  athletes move through the school. But on a whole, no really dominant teams from any sports. Going back lots of years.

NH didn’t really have any quality wins other than Pioneer which is a 1A school playing up I believe.  Their jr class has some ball players but not much else.  Would not surprise me to see some of those Jrs ending up on a SAC team next year.

Interesting about the Bulldogs. Does the East Allen school system have transfer rules? I know the Ft. Wayne system is open. The district line for New Haven used to butt up with R. Nelson . Back in the day,  kids on or close to that line ,some would enroll at either school. For various reasons.

  4. Indiana is behind Kentucky over the last 5 or so years, maybe more. In recruiting and significant wins.  Anyone can research this, it’s not conjecture.  One huge win for the Hoosiers doesn’t change this advantage.  But it feels pretty good to be on the other side of close games, for a change.

Someone should do a detailed case study of the Fairfield and Norwell football programs.  The similarities are uncanny down to prior coachs’ last name, start dates, 2006 peak, etc.

difference: Fairfield held a shorter leash which resulted in a shorter turnaround?

Congratulations to the Fairfield Senior class!

Yes speaking of Norwell, kudos. They just jumped up on people’s radar.  And they whipped the New Haven bulldogs.

Your conraction talk is nothing but a bunch of "BS". There will be down times at certain schools. Get the right coach that knows what he is doing and develops talent and things can turn around in a heart beat (prime example Mooresville post Coach Bless had a rough go bring in Coach Gillin and it all changes). Never cheat young men the opportunities in life development football can provide!

Stop already. The rhetoric is bringing everyone down.
