    ...as opposed to allowing the employers to harass them. Eons ago, I worked at a Jap shop in Shelbyville called PKUSA, which was ran by a bunch of slave drivers. Eventually the employees attempted to organize a union, and management installed a series of deceitful posters about the dangers of unions.

    If a majority of employees have already signed up to be members, an additional round of voting is a waste of time. I despise people who reap the benefits of union membership without paying for the associated costs.

    But it isn't as asymmetrical as basketball, is it?

    Between classes, not within them. The football tournament, even though not perfect symmetrical, has 6 Sectionals that are not 4 or 8 teams. The 4A basketball tournament has 5 Sectionals that aren't 6 each; however, that's the remainder of teams, and all are spaced evenly as possible in each Semi-State. There are several Sectionals in Classes 1A-3A that have Sectionals that deviate from the remainder.
