For the record, I would merge Greenwood Community Schools and Clark-Pleasant Community Schools, since the kids who live in northern Clark Township are closer to Greenwood than Whiteland.
The difference is that Tippecanoe County has enough people to have more than two schools, and those schools could be the founding members of their own conference.
The problem that I see, however, when I look at this map-

- is that every EVSC school pulls a little bit from the center of Evansville. I find it very funny that there are kids that live east of Pigeon Creek that attend Reitz.
The good thing Madison has going for it is that it borders the EIAC, the HHC, and the MSC, and all of those conferences have openings mid-season. Madison is also capable of scheduling Kentucky schools.
