    Considering the show the Senate put on in 2016, it would be wise to wait until after the election. If they don't, Biden could appoint 4 people to a 13-seat SCOTUS.

    There was a Senate seat in Vermont that was held by the GOP for 150 years. That seat is now held by Bernie Sanders.

    Always remember, turnabout is fair play. Appoint now, and that 6-3 conservative majority can be a 7-6 liberal majority in two years. @Bobref as much as I lambast the Missouri Plan, a well-executed version for the Federal courts would be a positive improvement.

    Seymour was probably smart enough to pay a licensing fee to Temple before using the logo, after the cease-and-desist from Rice. IP owners have to be the ones who enforce their rights.

    Madison could have done the work needed to fix its program 10 years ago- one of those things being quitting the HHC.
