An ok punt after the safety, couple nice plays and TD to go up 16-0 half time. Winamac forces turn over to start 2nd half. Eli Blount redeems himself or for his brother with a pick six to go up 22-0. Then judson tacks on last TD in late 4th. Winamac gotta clean up the miscues on ST and have to take care of the ball... Kids gotta step up on oline too. Some winable games coming up.

I think with winamac it's 250 per school, masks are required to be worn for full game, fans enter separate sides, they let visitors out first then fans on winamac side are let out by sections No visiting players after game.

Give us a 3rd viable option. I'd consider voting for that 3rd option if the person was pro choice, expanding healthcare, legalizing pot, keeping gay marriage, expanding background checks for guns, banning bump stocks, climate change and expanding healthcare.

Joe Biden will finish his first term as president and then retire. Don't get me started on all Trump's gaffes....like air ports in the revolutionary war.

My vote didn't go to waste in 2008 nor did it in 2012 and it didn't in 2016. I voted for the best candidate and someone who has beliefs similar to mine. If Joe Biden had cheated on all his wives, paid off pornstars, had multiple people from his campaign get arrested, a notable racist and xenophobe. I might have considered voting 3rd party... since biden isn't any of those. He'll be getting my vote.

I could have swore it was Dill. If I remember right he did have a couple catches and carries. If I were LaVilles OC... Dill would get 15-20 touches a game. I'd stick with Plummer at qb. Dill and once Doyle is back Screens, shovel passes, sweeps. Bettecher/DeWitt up the middle. Czarnecki catching passes and using that nice foot He could easily kick in college... hope he does.

I was just saying..what you described for LaVille you could easily describe Winamac. Weather you want to admit it or not, that game could have went either way, esp if Winamac had prepared for that offense all week.

Yes LaVille's defense was the major key.I also think them switching offenses had a huge advantage as well...you could tell Winamac was prepared for LaVille's offense from last year. ..once Winamac adjusted it was tough sledding offensively for them too. Winamac just has to take care of the ball and no silly penalties... that roughing the kicker on the missed FG(I think they hit the holder after czarnecki kicked it) was huge. I can't remember if that play led to Dills TD or eventually Czarnecki kicked FG a few plays later.

Hate to disagree It was Winamac's 2nd game in a whole new offense, a whole new defense (4th dc in 5 years) and at least 5 kids playing new positions on offense and defense. .. winamac still outgained them by 30 yards.. other then those 2 big pass plays.. did LaVille even have 100 yards of offense? I'd be shocked if they did.

Not as stupid as you judging a school board that was looking out for its students and student athletes. Are you a Doctor? A Nurse? Are you from Hammond? Have a child or a relative that went to or attends hammond schools? If not then you can't judge them for their reasons cause you don't know what's best for the schools and their kids.

It's really a tough game to judge due to having no film of LaVille running that offense. I think that was the biggest key of the first half. The 2nd half Winamac really clamped down, I would imagine had they been able to prepare for that offense...that game might have saw neither teams offense score a TD and would have went down to special teams. Too bad there's not a 2nd match up.. it was a pretty exciting game and would be a great match up in tourney.

2nd half yes.. first half you could kind of tell their offense caught them off guard. LaVille's defense really kept winamac at bay. I think had their D faltered a bit.. winamac probably wins.

Im almost curious to see Knox vs Glenn. Is Glenn pretty good or has Jimtown fallen?

Itll be an interesting game between Winamac/Judson. Winamac has to take care of ball though. Their last two losses (against LaVille and last year against nj) they had a total of 9 turnovers...and some botched special teams. Their defense stepped up though in 2nd half against LaVille... First half I think LaVille's new offense caught most by surprise...2nd half was much better.
