Truth hurts buddy. You found out the hard way Friday. Judson's a solid team with a really good head coach and solid talent in the 8th through 10th grades. You think they are decent now, wait till Harper and Allen are seniors mixed in with Benson who'll be a junior. They'll make this jays team look like West Central. I saw LaVille and North Judson play this year. I thought Judson was the better team and in regards to Knox. Knox strength would be stopping the run and weakness is stopping the pass. North Judson's pass game is better than last year but it isn't as strong as their run game...so it was a good match up for Knox.. When it came to Knox/LaVille.. LaVille's strength was Knox's weakness and Czarnecki having a good night booting the ball made a huge difference and created a mismatch. I also think Rose going down killed them in that game too.

North Judson's pass defense is much better than Knox's and that made you guys run the ball more which isn't LaVille's strongest suit.. Plus Czarnecki didn't connect on field goals.

I bet you John doesn't regret leaving Knox. He is coaching at his alma mater with his brother and brother in law. All 3 played here, John and marks dad was a huge part of the program until his death in 2006. He continued to live in Pulaski County when he coached at Northwestern and Knox. Ill say that I am shocked Knox finishing at 5-4. They were really on par to run the table before John left. If Judson couldn't score on Knox and could only muster 6 points against LaVille. How the hell are they gonna score 28 points on Pioneer.

Won't be at the game this weekend. I'll be at Twin Lakes Vs Cass. Not sure what to expect from Winamac/Triton Triton played Knox super tough even though Knox didn't have Zac Rose, both Lovins and Wagner. Winamac just has to stay healthy, finish drives, limit penalities and turnovers.. They do that. I think they'll win If I was RR.. any meaningful skilled guy wouldn't play Friday. Knox should cruise . North Judson will play PHS tough for a bit but Panthers just too much. LaVille beats Culver.

One of the seniors that graduated in 2018 rode his bike 6 miles one way to practice every single day during the summer his jr and sr year, never missed a single summer practice or weight lifting session while working his jr and senior year. He bought his own vehicle...paid for his cell phone, insurance and gas...had an absolutely terrible home life, his father is currently in michigan city, living there not because he wants to...if you catch my drift. He was a manager in basketball and played JV baseball too. He rarely played. He's a character kid... The sports teams have him a sense of family that he was missing. The boy that joined the military played JV as a jr and a sr. He started the two sectional games winamac had that year due to injury. Him and the kid above coming out their senior year ALLOWED winamac to have a junior varsity team.. so honestly their selflessness allowed underclassmen to get reps. He also got accepted into purdue, ball state and so on. He chose to join the military cause that was his dream due to having other relatives In it + the free college. The 3rd kid never missed a single morning basketball work out or practice in his 4 years, is an outstanding young man. He came out his senior year to help with numbers and helped winamac have atleast 2 jv games last year. This website is to promote high school kids. You routinely do not .. your dumb contraction posts, you insulting kids by saying they have no pride. You are a grown a** man. Do you not have any pride in yourself? Cause if you did. You wouldn't spend 75 percent of the time insulting kids on here.

That's pretty crappy to say DT. One of the kids that played JV at Winamac In 2017 is now defending yours and my freedom in the military. That one that played this past year is going to college to be a cop. All four of the kids that played JV here are outstanding young men. If you have a daughter, they are the type of boys you would want her to date And marry.

Yes. Winamac had 2 last year for the two jv games they had last year I know they had 2 more play jv in 2017.

Could it be like a Knox/Triton/LaVille/Culver situation? Moving away from tougher schools (heights, western, cass being what they were and Northwestern having some years) and playing schools where you aren't going into the year (football esp) with guaranteed 4 absolute blow out losses? Im for sure happy for the Eastern kids.. Can't control how poopy some of the teams you play. Just go out and beat them bad like you should.. And they have. (Not saying you arent happy)

This aged well. I'm telling you. Winamac's D in the 2nd half absolutely shut down LaVille's offense... Other than those 2 big pass plays, they didn't do a ton offensively. Yes, I know LaVille had a freshman QB, yes I know it was their first game (Winamac's 2nd) and yes I know LaVille had a new offense (Winamac had a new offense and defense and all but 1 new coaching staff)...and that new offense caught the coaches off guard (seemed they were prepared for last years) I was a tad bit more impressed with the Jays when I thought back at both games. NJ is a tad more physical, bigger and some decent experience.

Congrats to the Warriors. 4-2 this year. On pace for their first winning record since 2016. I didn't make it to the game due to attending lewis Cass' game... Heard lots of subbing going on, which I love... Getting those younger kids some PT.

In fairness. This is Lambert's second year of being the head coach. They are certainly a program on the rise.. their 8th grade classes through sophomore classes are pretty special. I'm not gonna judge tonight's game by looking at what Ted White couldn't do in the past. I've seen both teams. I like LaVille's skilled guys, I like NJ's ol/dl. It's gonna come down to Turnovers, The passing game and Czarnecki's foot.

North Judson beat LaVille 21-6 in 2018.

He is. I have him on Facebook, we talk about once every 3 months. I just like seeing him on here debating. He's a really nice and good guy.
