  1. Jennings County finally forced a punt and then capitalized. 42 yard TD run. Tied at 28. 2:32 left in the third.
  2. 25 yard TD pass by Jennings County. Silver Creek 28 Jennings County 21 4:22 left in the third
  3. 2 yard TD run by Silver Creek. 28-14 with 6:52 left in the third. The Jennings County defense has been getting gashed all night long.
  4. 3 yard TD run by Jennings County. They trail 21-14 with 10:20 left in the third.
  5. Yeah it’s been disappointing to watch

  12. Still need picks for tonight’s games from @mamasa, @Owls2005, and @Uncle Bubba
  13. They fell off when Patrick Parks retired after the 2017 season. Not sure why he retired but I had heard the numbers were dwindling and less talent was coming up. Maybe that’s why.
  14. Best coach they ever had. When East was in 4A, it seemed like East Central and Shelbyville were always our biggest threats in sectionals (at least during the Gaddis years).
  15. Week 10 Predictions Bedford North Lawrence (5-4) at Shelbyville (1-8): For the first time ever, the Stars meet the Golden Bears on the gridiron. From 2002-2017, Shelbyville only had a losing record five times during those 16 seasons. However, since 2018, the Golden Bears haven’t won more than one game in a season. They have one win this year (against a 2-7 New Castle team) and I don’t expect BNL to allow them a second win. This should be BNL’s easiest game of the season. The Stars win. Silver Creek (4-5) at Jennings County (3-6): We have yet another first time match-up. Three weeks ago, I would’ve said this is an easy win for the Dragons. However, the Panthers have looked like a different team the last three weeks. Silver Creek is 0-2 against the HHC this season after taking losses against two teams Jennings County beat (Floyd Central and Jeffersonville). Unless the Panthers revert back to their old ways, I have to think they’re in store for their first sectional win since 2016. It would also be their first postseason win against a team other than Madison since beating Franklin County in the sectional semifinals back in 2000. Jennings County wins.
  16. I have no idea why it jumbled up 2A between 5A and 6A but whatever.
  17. I’ll fill out some brackets and submit them for the competition. Just to be clear, you want me to submit them as attachments on a post in this thread?
  18. I’m hoping to be there for it. Just depends on if we can finally get everyone in this house healthy. Allergies, colds, and sinus infections have been kicking our butts the last couple weeks. Somehow we’ve avoided COVID though.
  19. HHC Pick ‘Em Standings (after week 9) @LC_Bears_04 32/41 @Frozen Tundra 31/41 @boilerfan87 30/41 @Owls2005 29/41 @mamasa 28/41 @Olympian06 24/29 (.828) @Uncle Bubba 21/29 (.724) @swcgillespie 14/20 (.700) @Fkfootball 7/12 (.583)
  20. Jennings County wins it with a 2 point conversion with 2:08 left. Jennings County 36 Jeffersonville 35 Final Bloomington South 42 Seymour 13 Final
  21. Still need picks from @boilerfan87, @Owls2005, and @Uncle Bubba. @Fkfootball, not sure if you’re doing any picks this week. I know you did last week so I figured I’d ask.
