  1. I went to the Bulldog Booster Banquet the other night and ran into Triple C. He was running out the door with a pitcher of beer, a chicken leg, and a whole roll of half and half tickets. Said he was supposed to be a guest speaker or something. But het told me the same thing as he was running across the railroad tracks...said he's been trying to visit us on the Grid for days, but admin have him locked up tighter than bull's a$$. What's up with that? FREE THE C!!!
  2. Maybe that's what happened to the geese in Stinktown?
  3. I snuck into Stinktown this morning to do a little recon on this goose poop situation in the "Armpit" and it looked to be all clear. So I slipped over to Connie's for some bacon and a cold BulldogBL, and low and behold there was STC drunker than Cooter Brown and getting lap dances at 7:00 in the morning. I don't know how that clown does it.
  4. Ahh yes, different indeed!! It's been a while since the Bulldogs have filled out those uniforms the way they do this year. I hear the new hire in Stinktown has the Tiggers breaking every air squat record in the book!!
  5. Trojan Man, I'm not sure what you are referring to. I think I have an idea, but it doesn't matter. East Central has a great team and they should go far. Best of luck. Where oh where is STC?
  6. I can't disagree, but it feels like it could have been closer than the score reflected at times during the game. The only thing the Bulldogs are searching for is a Sectional Title, and then who knows....
  7. I just got the call that STC and crew did in deed get the goose dung cleaned up, and the Bulldogs will be traveling to Stinktown this Friday, so I will now give my predictions. KFI at Mighty EC This one goes the way we all suspect it will, but the big question is...do the Trojans give Coach Boom a taste of his own medicine and run up the score? EC is good, with lots of weapons. Unfortunately I witnessed that last Friday. There isn't a lot of love lost over there, so this one could be interesting. Trojans give a little back and beat KFI 63-6. Hondaturd at Jo Jo's As much as I dislike Hondaturd, beating up on them is starting lose it's thrill. What a mess they have. I just hope they still have a team for the Bulldogs to embarrass in a few weeks...but it's looking doubtful. Did I really hear that they are down to 24 players? Maybe Little Ralphie could turn the program around, but I'm not sure if they can afford to find out at the rate it's going. Jo Jo's continue the beatings for the turds 35-0. Speedway at Connertucky I don't know much about Speedway, and I haven't seen Connersville live, but if they lost to the former Backstreet Boys on Friday they can't be good! I heard there were some elections too, so I'm not sure who's gotta ride the pine this Friday. Gonna go with the plugs in this one 28-14. Chargers at Timberlakes The Flatbills may be coming off of a big win, but they are as bad as they've ever been. The former Bulldog of ND will have his men fired up and ready to get a big win against the 3A Timberlakes. It's all business in Chargerland and the General does not take opponents lightly. Chargers win 42-21. Bulldogs at Stinktown Now for the one I've been waiting for!! There is no doubt that this old Dog and and STC will be tore up from the floor up before this one even gets started! Coach K, along with the rest of Dearborn County, know the Bulldog's offense very well so I'm sure they will be prepared. But I I'm not sure there is enough "Tiger" in them to stop it. I'm not sure who is buying pizza in the Dog Pound, but STC is gonna be buying rounds of Bulldog BL's at Connie's after the game on Friday! The Greydog has certainly brought some consistency to the Bulldog's offense. Other than against EC, the run game has looked good for the most part. The passing game has some kinks to be worked out, but hopefully those will get addressed this week. The Bulldog defense will be geared up and looking to shut down the Tigers. Can the big cat at QB do what is necessary to put them in a position to have a chance? We shall see! Should be a good game...and the only one worth much discussion in the EIAC this week!!
  8. Will the Bulldogs even be able to play at Stinktown this week, or will the game be moved to Casket Nation? I hear the geese in the burg have taken over and the new turf is riddled with goose poo and disease. Rumor has it they had the STC crew on poopy patrol last week trying to clean up the mess. C'mon Stink, get it together.
  9. Well, if you're gonna talk the talk you better be able to walk the walk...and the Bulldogs did not. All Grid humor aside, I knew it would be an uphill battle but I will never act like we don't have a chance. The Bulldogs didn't play a great game, and EC is really good. Kudos to them, and good luck on the rest of the season. Now that the big river has been crossed, it's time to go make a statement in 3A!!! Wake up 🤡...we comin for ya!
  10. Stinky, Stinky, Stinky 3...2..1. You better worry about next week, when your ranking becomes none. But live it up for now, and enjoy it while you can. For when the Bulldogs come to Stinktown, even you'll become a fan. The Trojan's insignificant little brother, always admiring from afar. It's a shame that they won't hang out with you down at Connie's bar. But this Bulldog must ask you, if you love them in this way. Why were there so many years that the Tigers would not play? The record speaks for itself, this I won't deny. But the Dogs have never ducked them, nor hung our heads to cry. So go ahead and worship, your idols upon the hill. But all your talk this week, next week could make you ill!
  11. There is no denying that the Trojans are good. Very good. But c'mon ManEiaC, you act like they are IMG or something. I would agree that the Bulldogs were a different animal under the Master Warden, but we have some players. I will always stand with the Bulldogs, no matter what, but I do think we could make it a game. At the end of the day, these are HS kids and anything can happen. It all depends on who shows up for both teams. I hope it is a good game and that the Bulldogs can earn some respect throughout the Conference. Maybe even shock the world. True Dogs Forever, Trojan Ballwashers Never!!!
  12. Good to see all the EC fans writing the Bulldogs off. I wouldn't expect anything less. The Trojans will bring an army, there's no denying that, but you can only play eleven at a time. The two platoon machine won't be an easy battle, but the Bulldogs have conquered them before...and they can do it again. Stink, what are you doing in Hondaturd? You weren't there for a campfire were you? I hear that is frowned upon these days!
  13. I hope everyone in Trojan Land thinks the same thing, it will make our victory that much sweeter! I thought the same thing about the Bulldogs falling off of the 3A Coaches Poll, but obviously those polls aren't very accurate....
  14. Ahh, so the Fan wants to stir the pot this week. Ok then, here ya go.... Connertucky vs Rushtucky What has historically been the Toilet Bowl will now determine who is the SECOND worse team in the EIAC. I snuck out of the yard last week and went to the game (though I had to sit outside of the fence for reasons I can't disclose) and Flatbill Timberlake may want to consider rejoining the band cuz they are "Bad, Bad, Bad". Although they were 28-18 with the Bulldogs at one point due to some penalties, bad play calls, and a couple of big plays. But I think that may have just been Homecoming hysteria for the Bulldogs. Connertucky wins this one and secures their spot at 3rd from the bottom. Both coaches were done before I was born, so I don't know. EC vs Bulldogs First of all, let me just say, the Bulldogs have more wins against East Central than any other team in the EIAC and those came long before we had any East Central transplants so I don't give a damn about any "Trojan ties". That is no disrespect to The Grey Wolfdog or Superphotobomb, just the cold hard facts! I may be the only Dog on the Grid, unless Triple C gets out of jail (I guess he was found passed out naked on the number 4 fairway at Hillcrest a few days ago) who believes that the Bulldogs can not only compete with mighty EC, but they can beat them! The Bulldogs shock the world with a 38-35 victory over the Trojans and Triple C throws a Toga Kegger at the Country Club!!! Greatest Coaches...no brainer. FC vs Stinktown Both teams seem to be injury ridden but fortunately for Stinktown, FC wasn't very good before some of their players went on the IL. The Tigers are riding high in the polls due to last year's success, but that will all change soon and even HondaTiger won't be able to save them. I think SEF's assessment is probably accurate though at 35-14 Tigers. (We'll see ya soon 😉) Greatest Coaches...I concur. SD vs Hondaturd I LOVE seeing all this turmoil and drama in Honda Land, no one is more deserving. It is hysterical that they are chanting "We want...a guy who has a lifetime losing record". If Little Ralphie is smart he will jump on one of those trains full of Hondas and get the hell outta there as soon as possible! They have no tradition, no culture, no passion and there isn't a coach in the world who could change that...not even Big Ralphie! "Respectable"? I guess the Hondaturd fans prefer a HC who allows his players to skip practice, flip off fans, sling gates into opposing coaches, and yell profanity across the field? SD rolls Hondaturd in a big way this week, and the ship continues to sink! Greatest Coaches....Hahaha!!!! Hilarious!
  15. Bulldogs: Connor Kelley, Jeremy Cook, Darren Tekulve, Trey Heidlage to name a few.
  16. Dang...85 got rhymes! STC may be out of his league, and 85 may have missed his calling!
  17. It appears that KFI vs Connertucky may be the game of the week in the EIAC this week as I think STC's predictions are probably pretty accurate. EC will stomp FC and take back their "We Are EC...not FC" slogan. The team with the best nickname on the grid doesn't have the horsepower to hang with the Bulldogs. Their "new/old" offense mawls Rushtucky for 35+ points, while the defense is dominant again this week and may not allow a point (unless the pups come in late and happen to give up a score). KFI vs Connertucky could be a close one, but I think the Bourbon Rats take it in the end. Connertucky only has one more chance for a win this season, and it isn't this week. It's another week for Stinktown to try and get better. Hondaburg is bad, bad bad. Though I don't think they will be that way forever, there seems to be little hope for this season. Maybe the Pirates are still just sore from all that lifting that they aren't accustomed to? Stinktown wins this one easily.
  18. Lol...Ol K9 hasn't been on the Grid scene in a while either, but this dog didn't say anything about anyone "rolling". If you ask me, the O has done pretty well in the ground attack, but the defense is the real strength of the 2023 Bulldogs. I will agree, we haven't beat anyone worth bragging about yet but I'll take a 3-0 start! The real test doesn't start until next week. The Flatbill Timberlakes (😂) should be singing to the JV Bulldogs midway through the 3rd quarter. I think I will take the Clown's advice and go slam a Ham and Cheese Hoagie from the Hut now!! ✌🏼
  19. Stinky, Stinky, Stinky 3...2..1. When's the last time the Indians nearly ruined your fun? All of Dearborn County may know the Dog's plays, but it sounds like StC is clinging to the good ol days!! 1985 Tigers
  20. Hahaha...If you rodents can't remember your QB throwing the ball around on the last offensive possession of the game in LOS just a year ago, I highly doubt you will remember this game when the planets finally align for you to get a "payback". Looking at the head to head record over the past 20 years, I'm guessing the Dogs were willing to take their chances. Ol Boom did go to the DW a few times against the Dogs, but they shut it down pretty quickly. Ya know....now that I think about it....I was pretty buzzed up on Bulldog BL's but I could have swore I saw the Dogs in the DW at the end of the game. Nah, surely not, I must have just been seeing things. Everything after halftime is still kinda foggy so it's hard to say for sure.
  21. Ol K9 couldn't get a ticket cuz of the limited capacity so I had to sneak through the woods and slip through a hole in the fence for this one, but boy am I glad I did!!! It was great to see those Dogs bitin and chewin on the Knights with no mercy. There did seem to be a sense of "KFI" in the air, but it wasn't coming from the Rats! I was worried there wouldn't be a game at all since the Rats entire JV team was locked down with the Rona, but apparently the Varsity Rats were immune. (I can assure you there were no points scored by, or against, any pups or baby rats). I'm guessing Coach Boom wishes he would have just put the whole Rat Pack in quarantine now. Payback? I'm not really sure about that, but I do think it was a dose of medicine that tasted much sweeter when Coach Boom was administering it rather than trying to swallow it! I was almost out of range, but it appeared Boom had a few things to say to the Dog Handlers after the game. I too was at that game in Lucas Oil and remember their Varsity QB slinging the ball around late in the 4th quarter on the Dogs. Seems I remember a late onside kick attempt as well. But, that's all water under the bridge now. Both these teams and their staffs are competitive and emotions often run high in games like that. I for one was glad to see the Dogs make a statement and let everyone know that if you are gonna push them around, expect to be pushed back! Don't expect the Rats to be down long though, they are a tough group with a lot of talent, and Coach Boom will get them dialed back in. That defensive front is big and athletic, and will undoubtedly cause problems for many teams this year. It was a fun game to watch (from the Bulldog stands anyway) and the Bulldog BL's after the game never tasted better!!!!
  22. It will be broadcast on the website. www.wrbiradio.com
