According to Sagarin, Purdue Poly has a .01% better chance of winning Sectional than Hondaturd has of winning REGIONAL! (PP Sectional Championship chance is .02%, Hondaturd Regional Championship chance is .01%). 😳

Triple C is back in the saddle!!! There's Beagle, however is still MIA. But, there's a good reason for that. Everybody who's anybody knows that The Beagle hosts his big turtle slayin soup fest tomorrow, and it's gonna be one for the ages! Rumor has it that he has rented the inflatable helmet to house this year's Turtle Fest. Triple C is gonna be giving free pony rides. Big Daddy is going to put on a dance competition, and THE Z-Dog will be the honorary DJ. Free bottle of honey, autographed by The Beagle to the first hundred guests. You won't want to miss this one Grid fans. Just remember to take it easy on the Rumple Minze! Souptober has been known to make a few Dogs crash and burn!!

The 16 points came off of a couple big run plays that were a result of poor tackling. Points allowed, none the less, but it will get fixed. Stopping the run won't be a problem this week. It will be a gun show!!! I have faith that the defense will make plays when needed, and the Bulldogs will prevail. Where's Triple C and The Beagle?

Ok, I guess I'll start this show. First and foremost, we were able to get The Beagle bailed out early on Saturday. The judge made a special exception as The Beagle had to report for 💩 duty. I guess they are getting way too much fiber over there in Naptown. On to business... The mighty rEd and blaCk have their way with Lil Ralphie and his band of Pirates, and the game is over by the end of the 1st quarter. Lil Trogans by halftime, and the boys will be enjoying a cold one at Skyline well before last call. Stink and the crew party hard in Whiskey City on Friday night, and even extend an invite to Connie's for the Methtucky faithful. Again, a running clock and the girl's at Connie's go straight from happy hour to private lap dances before the sun goes all the way down. In what might be the runner up to the game of the week, the Flatbill Timberlakes seal the deal on Boom and his Mardi Gras Invaders. What does the future hold in Ratville? Fire up the horse and buggy, cuz the little conference title is coming home. 🤯 And in the game of the week...Casket Nation travels to Chicken and JoJo's on Senior Night!!!! I want to be clever. I want to be confident. But these two teams have me puzzled. This one will be a battle of "Golden Dome and The Genius That Is" vs "Dr Quinn and The Medicine Man". Who's hot, and who's not? Who can sling it the furthest, and who can't find their mark? Will either defense hold up to the firepower that will be on display? Will the "Ball Hawk" be Hawkin or Shoulder Squawkin? So many unknowns in this game, but I gotta go with the Dogs. At the end of the day, the Dogs just have too many weapons, and will not be stopped. Golden Dome goes off droppin dimes, and that Dog's defense steps up to tame the Cats early in the game. That makes sense. I was long gone by then. Me and the Beagle were doing shots of Rumple Minze every time Golden Dome threw a pass. I guess they found me passed out in the blow up helmet before halftime and escorted me out of the Pound. The Beagle and his DD picked me up alongside the road (The Beagle got tossed too...something about heckling the Dog coaches) and we listened to the game on the radio. Batesville's "Hometown Radio" was making a big deal of you guys taking your headsets off and giving up. Sounds like it was fake news. Don't feel bad though, they talk bad about us too when we play East Central! Anyway, we ended up in Enochsburg cuz the Beagle was hell bent on breaking into the Side and frying up some "real" chicken for next weeks game. I just got out of the joint this morning, and now I'm trying to raise bail for the Beagle. FREE THE BEAGLE!!!!

Did Lil Ralphie and his DC really take their headsets off and throw them on the bench with almost nine minutes left to go in the game on Friday? Wasn't Lil Ralphie just talking about his players "giving up" against Stinktown. Not a good look Coach.

It's Fridaaaaaay and I'm feelin good! I'm nine Bulldog BL's deep already, and on my way to pick up Triple C, who's icing down the cooler. The Pound is gonna be LIT tonight!!!! Lil Ralphie has no idea what's in store. Grand entrances and droppin dimes!!! There's still a few more records that haven't been broken, and tonight the Dogs get back on track! One record will certainly be broken, but don't worry Chargers, it will stay in Decatur County (you gotta be an old Dog to remember that one)! Golden Dome might get a monument built in his honor after this game! There will be tuddies and $$$ in the air ALL night! This one may be so lopsided that Pohlcat gets his first rushing TD of the season! If you're a Casket Nation fan, you won't want to miss this one. But don't be late!! There has been nothing good to say about last week, other than that it is over. But, a regular season win doesn't mean a Sectional Title. TigerBLEnthusiast talking about "Dome"....Knigga please. On to this week, and the anticlimactic matchups. JV Trojans will stomps Methtucky into a running clock. Stink and crew roll Flatbill Timberlake and they won't even get a steak sandwich out of it. Chicken and JoJo's take the little side of the EIAC on Friday. I don't think it will even be that close. Casket Nation gets a feel good win, and maybe a couple of school records against Hondaturd. It might not have been THE Championship game, but everyone knows that the Title was won on October 27th, 2023!!!! The Dogs just went to pick up the trophy the following Friday. 1.6...1.6...you KNOW the Dogs gonna bring a few tricks!

One, I have a few more than two friends in Trojanland. All of whom feel that the game could have went either way. But it didn't, so you're right, I don't have much of a leg to stand on with the GID. Of the EC guys that I know personally, all are great, and very realistic dudes. So, I probably shouldn't have let my disdain for the EC chest beaters get under my skin. I agree that EC is young, and will likely be a different team come tournament time. If the Dogs can get healthy, they will also do well. I can assure you that the loss is behind them, and the focus is now on Stinktown's Tiger Rats. With all the festivities that will be taking place in Casket Nation on Friday, Stink is guaranteed to have a great time!
