I don't believe I agree with that assessment. 2014 state runner-up, 15 lost to state champ Monrovia at regional, 16 lost to Monrovia again at regional, 17 lost to state champ Southridge in sectional, 18 lost to Southridge again, 19 lost in regional to Triton Central. They have won one State title in football, they are really good year in and year out in 2A. Don't expect this year to be any different!

Pour Haus closed due to COVID till Tuesday, had to try The Post. Was solid! Thanks, good luck as well! Real long drive tonight had to cut thru Evansville, lots of construction.

Game day! Almost as excited for the game as I am that I get off work early so I can make the long drive to Tell City and eat at the Pour Haus before the game. I highly recommend it!!

I'm going to guess with 85,000+ kids (boys and girls, based off school enrollment numbers for 192 schools) to field a team, they could come up with some competition. Lets say each school get 45 kids out, that would be over 8600 kids on a team.

I'm not able to get into specifics (because I don't know them,) but I do know the kid was suspended from school when he decided to transfer. Punishment usually follows the kid. I believe the kid, who use to get rides home (20ish minutes out of the way) from the AD/coach after practice/school for nearly 2 years hasn't talked with the AD/coach since his decision. From what I have heard the kid has never asked for a release, I suspect if he picked up the phone and called the AD/coach and asked for one he might get one..... to be clear I am not an employee of the school and these are mostly things I have gathered from reliable sources or have witnessed.

Out of conference schedule has presented some challenges to GS early... Owensboro, then Jackson, then Whiteland, and now Southport.

Just a short 4 hour bus ride!
