He finished 7th at state in wrestling last year.

He's graduating in December, Jon told me yesterday. So no wrestling.

I'm not sure either, but I did see the Purdue coaches front and center at this game.  My guess is they are still recruiting him.

My comment about Heritage Hills not opening the playbook. I never saw HH run much true option like they did in previous years. That's what I was expecting to come out eventually. Obviously injuries were a factor. I don't know if Winchell is expected to be QB next year, but a more prominent option game would make sense.

I digress. Great season Patriots!

Things can always change, but yes Tyce Winchell is the likely QB next year.  Who, by the way, I thought did a stellar job for the disaster that he was thrown in the middle of.  I agree, option game would make sense and be great.
