His track record in multiple sports and the hires he's made speak for themselves. Even his last hire following Crabtree's first departure finished 9-2. For a small 1A, they have outstanding facilities and a supportive administration. Based upon this forum, the current WRC is the worst conference in history of organized football. That's a perfect scenario for Coach Crum.
