Ok, but there is already an Allen County Athletic Conference (ACAC) currently. 2 of the 7 schools are in Allen County, 2 are in Adams, 2 are in Wells, and 1 is Jay County. SAC-FW1
FWCS would never split its schools into different conferences. Snider, Wayne, Northrop, North, and South are one. Splitting the SAC into two division may be plausible but ADs got to agree to terms. A few of the schools --Wayne, Luers, and South--would love to go out of conference to play. Big school conference such all the 6As & 5As in one and the other 4A & lower in the other. Similar to NECC. Even though Bishop Dwenger are 5A team due to SF. Play everyone in your division with one protected cross division game (North-South-Totem Pole Game-big/small) (Carrol-Homestead-North/South) with a rotating two game against the other division. Allowing two out of conference games or even allowing teams from the other division if opponent not found and schools agree to. Big School Small School or North/A South/B Homestead Luers Carrol Homestead Carrol Concordia Northrop Luers Snider Wayne Snider Wayne Northrop South Northrop South North Dwenger Concordia* North* *North Side/Concordia can be place in either - due to close proximity of each other South Side and North Side need committed coaches who are willing to stay for the long and not for the short run. I know both face different problems but both schools has been successful throughout the years since 2000. South was good between 2000 to 2009 finishing top half of the conference with semi-state berth losing to Lowell in 2005. North Side winning the SAC in 2013, I believe. So it can be done at those schools. Just need committed staffs for the long run.

I only ask because in the video he mentioned the relationship with the kids and whatnot and I agree completely that a school like North Side would benefit greatly from their HC walking the halls of the school. Ben Johnson runs his own Credit recovery business.
