Playing against a Jeshiva

We have a Jeshiva in South Bend and I got curious.

Would a high school football program schedule a game against a Jeshiva, considering they can't play Friday night or Saturday during the day, at the Varsity level.

I think it would help if the Jeshiva had a football team first.  No?

On that note, I'm not sure if Yeshiva University in NYC does, but they do have a Fantasy Football Club so there's that.
