    James also may have the most passing yards in state finals history, regardless of class. Our stat keepers had him at 510, not the 480 the IHSAA had. It’s at least worth a look in to, considering the IHSAA half-assed a lot of things during the game.

    He’s top 10 career and single season. He might have the most in a single season if we play Southern Wells week 9.

    It sounds like the threshold for determining this was today’s numbers. Looking forward on Marion county’s data, they should stay in the orange the next few days at least. The only thing holding them in orange is the rolling average positivity rate is under 15%. The next few days to add into the rolling average are 11-10% or lower, thus keeping the average down. I think we should be fine.

    South Adams has 116 tackles for loss. Only have 18.5 sacks, but most teams we face exclusively run the ball.

    Didn’t chastise, didn’t claim they recruited. Just said in general small private schools have a whole city’s worth of potential athletes to go to their school. Didn’t say they recruited them.

    It is, but what can you do? ACAC was strong at the start of the decade. Can’t fault them for Southern Wells not even having a team, or 4A Jay County being awful. They’re not purposely scheduling for an undefeated season, which you previously stated.

    Lmao we have two move ins and they're from Texas. Obviously we recruited them. Everyone else on our team is Berne raised.

    Talking a lot of crap and obviously don’t know much. They added Lewis Cass week 2 a year after they were number 1 going in to the tournament, before they even played. SA tried to get a better schedule, but there’s only so much they can do.

    You can say that at a big school, where coaching and developing 100 potential players matters. It’s much different at 1A where you either luck into a good gene pool or not.

    How about just being a 1A in a metro area? Sure, schools don’t actively recruit, but now CC has the Indy area to get potential players from, while the Adams county schools have to pluck kids from a cornfield.

    Only one nasty game all year, first round of sectional. And really only one really cold night, last week. It’s been a great football season weather-wise.

    6’4” and 240. He’s got a frame to put some size on. I’m honestly surprised with his measurables and production even more NAIA and D2 schools would give more offers as a project. It’s really annoying when the DE from Heritage who can’t even make all ACAC has offers from Purdue and Arizona State.

    As far as I know everyone is good to go. I think our DBs will be fine, that was the first time we faced a team that could pass like that in two years. They actually had decent coverage, but Farr was dropping dimes and those receivers made plays. Did much better after some adjustments.

    SA Athletics did post a guidelines for away games this morning, and the football game wasn’t on there....

    The Bernewitness crew will be doing the webcast, just exclusively through the IHSAA PPV. And I think they are supposed to call a more neutral game instead of being an SA crew?

    I think this discussion went away from what the initial question was, and how the bye is beneficial to LCC because now they have semi state at home. If they play that game, then semi state is at South Adams. Now, they get handed a sectional title without having to play, and get to host a semi state because of it. In that sense, you can see LCC having a greater benefit from the forfeit.

    I like your calculations better. Even bring conservative with that number could be 4000 total. And they are working on making something happen, so I’m optimistic.
