According to the TH paper, Parke Heritage has a case of COVID. Below is the quote from the paper. "As the season goes along, we'll have to get used to constant bobbing-and-weaving. Three area teams — Riverton Parke, Parke Heritage and North Central — are not playing on Friday due to positive COVID cases either among players or coaches."

Got some previews for area WIC teams. Northview Sullivan West Vigo

I'm rolling with Ben Davis 28-21.

West Vigo isn't selling general admission tickets. Each player receives 2 tickets for their parents and that is it. Not sure if band and cheerleaders will be in attendance. Not sure about opposing fans either. I was told Northview didn't allow opposing fans in to see their scrimmage with Terre Haute Souh. Only Northview fans were allowed to attend.

I'm not sure why it's canceled. I saw in another thread it wasn't because of COVID.

Parke Heritage game against Franklin County has been canceled. Parke Heritage will not play a week 1 game.

What happened to the Seeger game?

Wasn't doubting you. Was just saying what was in the TH paper. Sounds like SV and Parke Heritage should be the early favorites. Should be a high scoring game between the two.Seeger could be a dark horse under Herb King.

Did anyone else know that Covington's new coach was working in the XFL until it folded? That's interesting. Also an Attica grad.

That's interesting. Didn't know SV had that kind of talent right now. They've had some really good kids in the past. Barrett is really building a program up there. Good thing they don't play my Vikings anymore. Jake Roberts and Christian Johnson sound like they'll be pretty good. Noble Johnson is a stud. Parke Heritage sounds like they'll be loaded again. SV Qb Garzolini has an offer from Indiana State according to the article in the TH paper.

This is my question too. I saw on another thread it was a Johnson kid. Don't know anything about that or anything about the kid.
