  1. No, you are just lazy. A older published date does not necessarily make that published research now invalid, yet you strongly indicate that when research reaches a certain age it should automatically be discounted.
  2. What do you call a cow that can’t produce milk? A milk dud.
  3. Then by all means comb through the sources cited in the linked article and use your considerable intellect to point out those that are no longer valid. After all the article itself was published in April of 2020. Are you implying that the four authors intentionally used outdated and invalid sources?
  4. Age doesn't make the data any less valid. Try again, chief.
  5. https://www.theamericanconservative.com/cowing-family-farms/ Yep, the USDA is basically owned and run by big agriculture and the large meatpacking firms.
  6. https://reason.com/2022/08/29/new-yorkers-under-21-cant-buy-whipped-cream-cans/ Just yet another example of government attempting to control our lives.
  7. Agreed. Provide solid data and the only response is jokes. Classic deflection.
  8. Clinton Prairie handily defeated a "4A" rival school on Friday night, and I heard that Prairie's lights and scoreboard we non-functional the entire game. Old school. Look out for the Gophers.
  9. Funny how an early non-conference schedule can sometimes hide where the real power in a conference lies. Now that the warm ups are complete let the Danville, Tri-West, and Western Boone hegemony flex their muscles...................

  11. Sorry you feel like your little thread fiefdom is being infringed upon. Go ahead, continue your turf navel gazing.
  12. It is indeed sad. Frankfort struggled last week to beat a Bulldogs team with only something like 25 dressed players. Prairie should win in a route, then the fun begins when Frankfort opens conference play next week against Tri-West. And the IHSAA really needs to allow football co-ops. Would be a boon to both Clinton Central and Rossville.
  13. College is expensive. It makes sense for a parent to shop around their OMG! Athlete child to a school/program that will give them the most exposure, and a chance at an athletic scholarship.

  17. He had to do something before this latest round of monthly student loan payment forgiveness expired on 9/1.
  18. Biden To Forgive $10k In Student Loans -- In Unrelated News, Nation’s Colleges Raise Tuition By $10k: https://babylonbee.com/news/biden-to-forgive-10k-in-student-loans-in-unrelated-news-nations-colleges-raise-tuition-by-10k Satire, I know. But also probably very close to the truth. Colleges and universities have been feeding from this spigot of "free" government money for decades now. It's why educational inflation outpaces regular inflation by order of magnitude.

  20. Joe Biden’s Legal Argument for Student-Loan Transference Is Cynical and Ludicrous https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/joe-bidens-legal-argument-for-student-loan-transference-is-cynical-and-ludicrous/ This rules applies just as much to Joe Biden. Indeed, given the scale of what Biden is doing, which is more than 100 times as expensive, and far less legally debatable, it applies more so. Joe Biden does not actually believe that he has this authority. Rather, Joe Biden has decided to violate his oath of office, and, in an attempt to cover it up, he has asked his lawyers to scour the statute books and to find any pattern of words that might plausibly serve to convince the partisans in the press that he is acting within the law. That approach is a disgrace. As I wrote of Trump, when Congress doesn’t act: Besides, Biden’s fake legal argument doesn’t even make sense on its own terms. In May, Biden ended the use of Title 42 at the border on the grounds that Covid-19 no longer represented a national emergency for that purpose. And yet we are supposed to believe that, three months on, Covid-19 remains so much of an emergency that the White House has no choice but to shovel hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayers’ money to families who are earning up to a quarter of a million dollars per year? Give me a break. Biden the bald-faced liar.
  21. Can you please provide a link to that Indiana legislation? As far as I can tell Indiana is not one of the 15 states that decades ago decided to have it's teachers and/or state employees opt out of social security in exchange for a public sector defined pension.

  23. When did you become a scientist? I don't understand the connection between the two.
