Western vs Rensselaer Central
Tipton vs Lafayette Central Catholic
Cass vs Twin Lakes
Northwestern va Benton Central

That could work. If Western scores more than 22 if they lose, and Tipton scores more than 24 in a loss, HH wins the East. That way Cass players are safe. And in case you're wondering, Western is averaging 37 points a game, Tipton 34.
...except if Western scores more than 22 if they lose then Tipton wins East....

What makes you believe the HH coaches would even think that way??? I realize you're an HH hater, but come on, man.
Not a HH hater at all... just an example, it could be any team you wish. Just making a point as to why it should be the games between the 3 in a tie as I'm purty sure their points will be well earned !

I don't necessarily relish the thought of Heights playing West Lafayette again, but it would be entertaining if they "back in" to 1st place in the East. I would prefer a Husky-Bomber matchup if I had my druthers. @Coach Nowlin
I personally think that only the games between the 3 in the tie should be counted to help keep unethical pradtices at bay. For example: Let's say HH is up on Cass 50-0 late in the 4th... do they do "whatever it takes" to keep Cass from scoring in garbage time knowing it could mean the East Championship ? ...and if yes, is it justified in this case ?

Sure they do. If what Coach Snyder said is true. "the deciding factor set up by the athletic directors came down to defensive points allowed by the three teams."
Tipton 3-0 123 33 5- 1 243 81 Won 4 Western 2-1 97 25 6- 1 260 93 Won 2 Hamilton Heights 2-1 81 49 3- 4 156 185 Lost 1 you may be correct... I took it between each other, but it could be all games for that matter....

Nope, you are definitely confused. Math not one of your strong suits?
Cass games don't matter if that helps...
reading comprehension isn't yours ! ; )

If that's the case for 1st place also, then I have to hope Western beats Tipton 25-17, and Heights shuts out Cass. No problem, lol. Should be an interesting week!
So you must want Western to win East title.... that confuses me !

Which teams are designated as the Home team this year? East or West?
I think East as they were West last season

Western beats Tipton will throw a real wrench on the East Side standings: Tipton wins, then date with RDP of 765,
I would want to play either Tipton or Heights and not Western a 2nd time. BC and NW seemed logical matchup. Twin Lakes vs Cass or Tipton and LCC if able play Cass or Heights
What is the criteria again( i forget) for champ if there is a three way tie ?
In the Tipton/Heights game, the one armed catch by Pearce in double coverage to tie it at 21 was sweet....SWEET !

What tradition are you speaking of? And how has Heights turned it around the past few weeks?
Tipton has a pet rock near the grandstand with a plaque mounted on it and seems like every year some Heights player sneaks in and paints it orange, but being the gentlemen they are, they are careful not to get any paint on the plaque.

Kinda figured it would have to do with the Hoosier and your schedule. I think it would make for an epic series between the Bombers and the Miners. Even if they did it for only 2 or 4 years, it would be some great games. It's just my opinion, but I think both prgrams are similar. Oh well.
Nothing better than the present... get that series started come Turkey Day !

If Hamilton Heights can get wins vs Tipton and Cass, they could end up playing West Lafayette 3 times this season
It's hard to beat the same team three times in a season so you better hope Westside wins the conference Championship if you play ! ; )

Anyone have an idea how the teams in the Hoosier Conference will do their Week 9 crossover with the screwed up schedules from Covid?
they were talking about that in a Sagamore thread a couple weeks ago because someone said they won't have a conference champ if one of the teams didn't play all their conference games, I asked if that rule applied to all schools but none of those hilljacks knew squat ! : )
