    There are no asterisks in conference championships...the winner will hang the banner and in 5 years no one will remember the * or not....except the 5 guys who are still P!ssed cuz they thought they had a shot.

    It's a reflection of today's society in the US....seems worse the past few years. Go figure.

    Massey still shows the old conference structure: Sectional 32 won't disappoint again this season. Southridge is the clear favorite anywhere from 4 to 11 points over Gibson Southern depending on the statistical tool of your choice. GS tends to look a lot different in post season than in the regular season version.

    Agree...GOD's time indeed. It's too bad time zones aren't actually based geographically...that would be a novel approach.

    top 4 guys were contact traced out for that game including Klem the sequel....he looks like a grown man. I was surprised we came away with it, but lots of depth in that group.

    We lost Sean DeLong to varsity and he hasn't played in any freshman games.

    I think there are more than a few P/P supports left. That said, the same old arguments year after year got old and only takes a page or two to burn out now days when it comes back up. Perhaps everything that can be said regarding contraction has been said as well, I'm not sure. I think the GID has played a large part this season it helping to coordinate Covid Replacement games....that is a huge value add in my eyes.

    Sounds like the SIAC needs to kick out a member so they can have that non-conference game to get those Sagarin numbers up to par!! LOL

    Once you are moved up it just takes 2 points (Regional win) the following cycle to keep you there.

    Winning state year 1 keeps you up...nothing else required.

    That is what they will tell you...but the most important resource, the quality human resource, they have a disproportionately higher amount of when compared to their public counterparts of equal "enrollment". Quality humans win football games.
