  1. Will Biden’s book deal be a picture book?
  2. Like Brownsburg but on a smaller level, I’ve gotta see Noblesville win a meaningful October game before I can elevate them to the next level or take them seriously. Hell, as I typed that I said to myself out loud, “I could say the same about Merrillville” lol.
  3. 25. Warsaw 24. Valparaiso 23. Mishswaka 22. Noblesville 21. Merrillville
  4. Yep. His biggest career win is a road win at a ACC bottom feeder Virginia. This would be like Kevin O’Shea taking over at North Central and talk about winning state titles in year 1. Oh wait…
  5. Nah, but have some humility and pay your dues. Confidence is one thing but this false bravado and asking his players to cash checks he wrote is hysterical. ”We did it in the Sun Belt after being picked last…” Well dude, OSU, Oregon, Penn State, Michigan, etc are slightly better than Coastal Carolina, App State, Georgia Southern and Old Dominion. I guess if you can’t be good, might as well be interesting.
  6. This clown has some pretty expensive checks to cash… https://youtu.be/UoPGcWsvP04?si=LL7iIDuvTQSk6cVG
  7. Identity politics > actual policies/issues
  8. Yes, X is a cesspool which is why I come to the GID OOB forum for my political talk, lol. Gen Z, which will once again play a large role in selecting the next POTUS, lives and dies with social media. ”Mr. Biden is still the commander in chief” may be your best line yet.
  9. The way she handles these two conflicts and how the public sees her role in them will play a role in determining whether or not she will be the nominee. It only took her approximately 20 hours to make a public statement condemning yesterday’s destruction and she did so less than an hour after Vance called her out on X, lol.
  10. Why? It’s a huge part of the duties of the next president of the United States.
  11. I think Mrs. Harris and many Dems are torn on who the bad guys are in the Israel conflict and are carefully toeing the line and attempting to play both sides. Of course the vandalism would have occurred regardless but you have to admit it’s a bad look for the “protests” (not Trump supporters by any means) to be taking place concurrently with the two biggest faces in American politics prioritizing other things over Netanyahu’s speech. Why do we prioritize Ukraine over Israel? We can fund Ukraine being invaded but scoff at funding Israel’s counter-attack? Zelenskyy is a god in Washington.
  12. I don’t want to talk about Israel but in a thread dedicated to Kamala in the title, I think it’s a fair question to pose that in her first week “on the job” she (along with hundred of congressional Dems) ghosted the speech from Israel’s prime minister while the capital of our country was defaced, burned and cops were dragged across the pavement. I mean, a similar event 3.5 years ago was labeled “the greatest attack on our democracy since the Civil War” multiple times, including last night by Biden.
  13. Notre Dame is different, there is no denying that. It takes a special person to attend Notre Dame. It’s a private, Catholic institution. Indiana State is a public University in Terre Haute, Indiana that is most recognizable for a basketball player from nearly 50 years ago. That better? Hey @Muda69, why’d your girl Kamala (and hundreds of other congressional Dems) skip out on a speech from the prime minister of one of our biggest allies yesterday afternoon? She’s hanging out with a sorority in Indy while this is going on…
  14. I’ve never cared once what political stance anyone who is famous has had, yet here we are. The “useful idiots” are always out in full force during the months leading up to the polls.
  15. Nah. In this particular case, Notre Dame is a very prestigious private Catholic university. Not a requirement by any means but your ISU comparison misses the mark. But you already knew that. You are being intentionally obtuse.
  16. Eh, football is a solid metaphor for certain aspects of life.
  17. Public vs private…isn’t that one of your favorite topics?
  18. @Bobref, I believe you meet the textbook (pun intended) definition of “book smart”…and I mean that in the most respectful way possible. Other than that, I dunno.
  19. They lie because they know they can get away with it. The American people have never had a shorter memory.
  20. Circumstances for considering an abortion are wide ranging…ANYONE (all the way down to the guardians of infants) was a social outcast for being skeptical of the vaccine. Remember in the fall of 2020 when it was “Trump’s vaccine” and it was acceptable to be skeptical? I do.
  21. Depending upon circumstances I’d be willing to come to some common ground and agree to this statement but of course you refuse to publicize your stance rather judge others’ for what you think theirs is.
  22. Enlighten me Bob. ”Keep your hands off of my body unless it’s regarding the useless vaccine my administration pushed upon you, ostracized you over and threatened to take your job away if you did not submit to.” Not all that different. Women’s rights are a wide umbrella. (Also, I’m not sure the guy posting memes about an assassination attempt before the deceased victim’s body is even in the ground has any leg to stand on here.)
  23. So this is where we agree and where I have little patience and tolerance for the left’s claim to “protect women’s rights.” They pick and choose. They are hypocrites. The party of science often conveniently ignores basic biology. “My body, my choice” when it’s convenient. Otherwise, wear your damn mask, stay 6 feet away from me and get your damn vaccine and updated boosters or else.”
