  1. Gibson Southern - 30 Castle - 38 Martinsville - 40 Evansville Mater Dei - 41 Evansville Reitz - 45 Vincennes Lincoln - 46 Linton-Stockton - 48
  2. I’ll need to see them against a quality opponent first. Not many chances left on the schedule honestly though.
  3. I could get on board with something similar to this but I think you are still underestimating Westfield. Why the gap between HSE and Fishers? Probably a bad metric but both teams beat a common opponent (NC) by similar margin. I think this would be a pick ‘em game.
  4. Well, it’s a panel of ONE, lol. I’ve got the Cavemen HM (#32).
  5. As someone who was rooting for a meteor last night and who also understands Notre Dame doesn’t pride itself on moral victories, I thought the Irish’s game plan was nearly flawless and their effort was admirable. D was too gassed in the second half because the offense couldn’t stay on the field. Irish are still a 10/11 win team.
  6. Notre Dame had the best QB on the field last night for three quarters…defense played well enough to win.
  7. Not prepared to go there yet. Carmel hasn’t exactly set the world on fire in peaking at the right time in the last couple of seasons…
  8. Maybe being too kind on them (and CG to some extent). Their dominance over the second (first now) best conference over the last two seasons probably clouds my vision a bit. Need to see them lose an HCC game before I drop them considerably. As for your second point, I still believe the top seven (maybe eight) could be thrown into a hat at this stage.

  10. If not, it’ll still make ‘em better. Penn’s lack of a consistent threat in the north affected their ability to keep up with the south. Just my opinion.
  11. Yep, obviously no moral victories for a storied program like Penn but hopefully this is a sign they are ready to return to the big stage. What is the difference in this year’s team in your opinion.
  12. No they haven’t. Their past/future dominance has been dismissed. I’ve been consistent in maintaining my stance that enrollment will always keep BD/Warren relevant.
  13. 38-20, 35-21, not bad. 6A football is better when Penn is a player. This was a big step forward.
  14. Can’t take credit for this one. I thought they’d close the gap and have a respectable loss. Didn’t think they’d pull it off in 2022. Anyone check out the watering holes/obituaries in Lake County for Parkhurst?
  15. No one snatches defeat from the jaws of victory quite like Purdue athletics.
  16. This one’s on Brohm… You had three drives to end the game…and continued to throw. If you give a team three possessions in the final 5 minutes, the likelihood of them cashing in is pretty damn high.
  17. Student learning loss and poor test scores as a result of the pandemic are now also Trump’s fault according to the WH. Man, these people have some rich takes. Everything the left accuses the right of, THEY are the ones actually guilty. Even “respecting law enforcement” was dropped recently. Unbelievable.
  18. So much space in your head. Post about football every once in a while. (Someone quote this so he "sees it.")
  19. ND also has one of the best OL in the country and the OSU front 7 is soft. Stroud can't score from the sideline. Gotta run the ball/control the clock old school style. (And finish drives with TDs.) Great recruiter and great play caller but the jury is still out for me also. Easy to be 34-4 when you have the best talent on the field and most of it is left over from the previous coach.
  20. Yes, but Covid was the overarching citation. Player opt outs and a lack of attendance affected MANY teams in 2020...in both directions. Many OSU slappies have been citing the flu and snow as the reason Michigan got "lucky" on Thanksgiving weekend in 2021.
