I don’t know if Lawrenceburg is too low

they are sitting 10th on a list that goes from Terre haute to Bloomington to Charlestown.

It’s almost the complete southern half of the state minus some of the Indy metro and neighboring areas that we won’t classify as Indy if you live there but everyone will still think it

I understand. Not every one of the 9 in front of them are better, couple I don't feel are close. I don't actually care though, simply discussing.

I always forget to post JV scores. Week 1 Paoli 12 Boonville 28 I think

    Week 2 Paoli 20 Corydon 0

    Week 3 Paoli 24 SV 12

    Week 4 Paoli 26 Perry Central 16

I may be a little off on some of these but it's close.

    Thanks man, appreciate it.

Mid southern could even add Madison if they wanted another. Especially if/when Silver Creek feels the need to try and get in HHC. Maybe Charlestown too way they are growing. I feel like a major shuffle is gonna come sooner or later

I don't know that any of these 3 moves have any certainty to them.

Pekin would have to keep Salem I'd imagine. But other than that yes. Pekin especially. If most these teams schedule tecumseh with no issues just add em. Takes 5 more min for Mitchell to reach clarksville compared to perry. Also unlocks the MSC for non conference more which would save some teams travel. Like Mitchell adding Salem. I'd imagine alot of MSC wouldn't mind dropping Pekin in football.

    Would Salem keep Pekin?

FW North Side and FW South SIde (4A) WILL have turf in the next few years!  That has been promised by the FWCS leadership, and I believe it will happen.  They are just going year to year with upgrades to the fields.  FW South SIde is slated to be up next.

Thanks guys! I will update accordingly. Wonder if Batesville/Franklin Co getting turf will force Greensburg? Hmm

So only 1 class 6A and 8 class 5A schools do not have turf.   Interesting.
to me the biggest positives outweigh any negatives.    You don’t have to worry about not practicing (football, baseball, band, soccer, the list doesn’t end) or having class on the field during school without tearing it up.  And one rainy game doesn’t ruin the field for the year for all age levels.

Nope, no 6As without turf anymore! .. and there are 6 5As left. Both Terre Hautes, Castle, FW Northside, Mishawaka, Concord.

I can share the updated document with you, if you would like!

Sorry you feel like your little thread fiefdom is being infringed upon. Go ahead, continue your turf navel gazing.

Your just rude. Idk what to tell you lol

How often to artificial fields get sprayed with water/a cleaning solvent to clean fluids and other dirt?

Not sure. We've not ran into any infection, of any kind, during the time we've had ours.

I have no clue when the best time to do that would be?

Maybe not lies, but kind of like Darwin, depending on old data can bite you in the ass.
They were clearly hotter early on, the second Gen fields not so much. Probably a little hotter than a natural grass field but when it’s 95 at KO, does it really matter?

I can back none of my opinion up with scientific data, just from working on them the last 20 years.

Yup. On the turf every single day, on a 90+ degree day, sure it can get just a little bit hotter than grass, maybe.

And we are already being absurdly cautious (as we should) on days that are on the hot side/wet bulb being high. These are articles are useless, yes heat is hot lol

I haven't seen it on here yet,  but Tipton debuted their new turf last Friday.

Hey, thanks man. I didn't have them!

Something to consider regarding player safety.

    Completely fabricated lol

Marginally, marginally hotter on the turf. Moving on.

Just so ya know I heard WW won't have a JV game this week due to Pekin maybe not having enough. I can say our JR high beat em pretty soundly Thursday. So their is my JV participation. Haha

Appreciate it. Looks like we might be playing someone else week 3 in JV.

When the server crashed it told me my username was invalid and when I tried to make a new one it told me my username was in use so I gave up for a while. Saw the Facebook group and decided to see if this place was still around.

I still can't "like" more than one post in a day, which is absurdly stupid.

But this is me "liking" your post lol
