They are all verbal at this point. I don't think high school football players can sign anything until December of their senior year.
Offers will be hard to track, because most of the players that have committed had lots of offers before they committed.

Here's a good list to start with. It only shows the commitments, and not the offers. Tracking all of the offers will be a huge task.
Cathedral has a football/basketball player that had the most receiving yards in the state championship game last fall, and also lead his team in points in the basketball state championship game this spring. I think he is committed to Purdue to play football.

Question 7
What if any changes would you like to see from the IHSAA regarding the Indiana post season and overall rules and guidelines governing high school football in Indiana?
Response
What would I change about IHSAA? I would like to see the transfer rules tightened. Suspend head coaches in play offs if any tampering is found. If contacted directly or indirectly you must report immediately to the IHSAA.
I think you're making a huge assumption. You are assuming that their transfer had anything to do with football. It seems like football wasn't in their decision at all. They were starters at Warren.
Ties usually happen early in the season when it gets dark earlier and no lights on the field. And, yes it looks like Cathedral has been hitting the ball really well in the tournament the past few weeks.
Warren Central won both in the calendar year 2018. They were 2 different school years. They won Basketball in 2017-2018 school year and football in the 2018-2019 school year.
