    Well, Purdue has to beat someone before you cash in on the 2.5 wins. As far as IU goes, if/when IU beats Illinois next week we will have a good measuring stick as to where they are at. 8-4 is a worst case scenario for the Hoosiers I believe, but 10-2 is possible…

    Can’t get there with Carroll this year. Just don’t see it. Think CP handles them by double digits in a potential Regional matchup. CP will be done if/when they play Carmel in semi-state. Inevitable to me that we will get Brownsburg vs. Carmel for the 6A title with Brownsburg taking home the title. Unless injuries raise their ugly heads…

    Think Warsaw is a bit better than Mishawaka this year, though I have a good deal of respect for the Cavemen. Been a hard team for Snider to play over the years.

    Nobody has really had to pass the ball against Snider. Snider is very undersized on the line this year and it shows. They are getting bullied, not something we are used to seeing. As far as Luers goes, defense is really good, offense is putrid. Not sure they are going to make noise come tourney time with that offense

    East Noble has a good chance in 4A, Adams Central in 2A, and South Adams in 1A have the best shots.

    Snider was tied with Warsaw with 4 minutes to go, not a shameful loss, but giving up 480 rushing yards is awful. East Noble kicked the snot out of the Panthers and while the Knights are a very good 4A team, Snider losing to them the way they did is a bad look for the Panthers. Beating Luers 9-0 with 3 field goals is not a good look either.

    Ok, Purdue has started 2-0 so looking at their schedule their best chances for wins are against Northwestern on the road and at home against Rutgers.

    Alright, what a disastrous start for Snider. The offense has struggled and the passing game is abysmal. Run defense is terrible and special teams are pretty bad as well. This is the worst Panther team in a long time…

    Max Preps does not have the roster for this year yet, but from last year’s Max Preps roster there were 28 juniors listed so if they are all playing this year that would be a big senior class

    Not happening. Bigger thing for Purdue to focus on is winning one Big 10 game for the year. It won’t be Indiana

    Nah, I don’t believe that. IU has lost at historic levels for decades with many different coaches and changing landscapes. First year with Cig, they set a school record for wins and make the CFP. Every D1 coach had the same opportunity as Cig last year with the transfer portal and NIL and we see the results. Second year for IU looks promising as well.

    Fair enough sir. I am not calling Cignetti great yet, but he is damn good. Not sure how many coaches out there could do what he has done at IU though

    Yeah, I forgot IU beat Michigan in 2020. As far as QB’s go, no reason that Michigan shouldn’t have a 5 star recruit every year at QB. Not buying that excuse for a second. I would say that Mendoza has a chance to be a top 3 QB in the Big 10 this year.
