I think Temp hit the nail on its head with his analysis. Snider would likely be 4-4 against this schedule. Having said that, this is likely the worst Snider team in the last 5-10 years. Carroll probably would be 5-3 with an outside shot at 6-2. Mishawaka probably 2-6

Have New Pal play a Ben Davis schedule and I can guarantee you they wouldn’t be 8-0, probably somewhere around 4-4. I root for the underdog and I am one of the few posters that don’t have that Indy bias in everything I say, but be real now. Ben Davis who is 3-5 right now would be an easy double digit favorite against New Pal and they aren’t even in the top 25 of Temps rankings.

Just a couple observations here: 1. Did Crown Point just supplant Merrillville and their 45 D1 players? Asking for a friend… 2. I root like crazy for a North team to do well in 6A. I hope this is the year 3. Speed kills, CP better have 15 guys with speed or else it won’t matter what you do 4. MAC recruits are not Power 5 recruits. You better have top 10 talent D1 recruits with speed or else read #3 again and again until you get it

I would flip Brownsburg and LN as Brownsburg has played a tougher schedule so far from what I see. Maybe it evens out soon. Starting at #8 is where I see issues. How many of these 4A and 5A teams you really believe are better than HSE, Carroll, Snider, Franklin Central, Fishers, Carmel, and Ben Davis? Yes, you should reward wins, but you still have to be realistic. I see both sides of the story, but I know for example if New PAL and Ben Davis played, I got BD by double digits

Brownsburg has proven over the past few years that they are a legit regular season team. No ups and downs like the other schools you named, just regular season excellence. Talent is abundant and it seems like it will continue. I have more faith that Brownsburg will continue this path than the other teams reaching their current level
