  1. Fair enough, but Carroll would beat East Noble. Carroll hung tough with HSE in week one at HSE. Most have HSE as a top 5 team in the entire state of Indiana and Carroll was right there with them. East Noble is nowhere near the top 30 in the state of Indiana and that means no disrespect to them. Snider was up 45-13 midway thru the 4th quarter so while 45-28 looks good on paper, that game was never in doubt.Had they left their starters in, Snider would have had at least 52 points if not 59 points in that game. East Noble had no hope in stopping that offense. Defensively, the Panthers have some work to do, but again, the Knights don’t hit 28 points with the Panthers starters in during the 4th quarter. I look forward to seeing what EN does come playoff time as I think it will be a lean year other than Snider for a state title run. EN might have the best chance to do it and I hope they do. I respect the fact that they scheduled Snider for the next 4 years as that will help them come playoff time
  2. Sparty better get this one or they are in for a long year. I agree, something is up in Aboite township…
  3. Carroll 49 - South Side 6 - Chargers way too much for the Archers, need to get going offensively Luers 21 - Northrop 7 - Luers needs a win badly, Bruins are the perfect foe for that North Side 28 - Dwenger 14 - Legends better figure it out quickly or this will be a lost season. Saints in for a long year Homestead 28 - Wayne 21 - Game of the week in the SAC. Sparty needs this win as this could spiral quickly on them Snider 48 - Concordia 12 - Panthers get a breather this week
  4. Please don’t give any credit to Fort Wayne area teams. It is blasphemy!!!
  5. 4th place is middling??!! Wow. Let me explain something to you one freaking time. I love NE8 teams!! I have had family attend NE8 schools. I had a family member that was part of the East Noble 2000 state title team!!! Get over yourself… Now, this is a Snider Panther thread, let’s get back to it
  6. Lighten up Francis
  7. Get over yourself, you got East Noble 3rd, I got ‘em 4th, who cares. You would have a point if I said East Noble would be the worst team in the conference, I clearly didn’t. Heck, maybe Homestead is better than East Noble as well, not sure. Is Homestead the team that lost to Carmel 14-7 or are they the team that lost to Noblesville 42-0??
  8. Ok, Snider and Carroll are clearly better than East Noble, I would say North Side is as well with a full team, so East Noble slots in at 4th, which is what I said
  9. They are an undisciplined mess right now
  10. Snider in beast mode again up 45-21 with 5 minutes to go. I knew they had way too much for East Noble, who is actually a good team. They probably finish 4th or 5th this year in the SAC if they were in our conference.
  11. EN did it successfully 3 time vs Luers, but Snider seems to be ready for it
  12. QB had a great scramble run for the TD on a 4th and 7, 14-0 Snider
  13. Thought 7:00 must be 7:30? Already 7-0 Snider, on summit city sports
  14. Considering that Carroll is suppose to be better than Snider who just bulldozed Warren in their crib by 22 points when it should have been 40 points and now Warren is going to Carroll, no respect has been earned. Beat Carroll in their house and you will get respect
  15. Brownsburg Homestead Roncalli Harrison Laporte Mater Dei Culver Franklin County Charlestown Owen Valley North Decatur
  16. I don’t see a total for me…
  17. Eastbrook 42 - Concordia 13 - Cadets start 0-2 Moeller 56 - Dwenger - Saints in a for a long year Lawrence North 41 - North Side 14 - Legends start 0-2 which may surprise some people Snider 35 - East Noble 14 - Not sure why some are calling for the upset here, don’t care what East Noble did to Luers last week, Snider ain’t no Luers folks. Panthers roll in this one Wayne 41 - Northrop 13 - Bruins are really bad folks Homestead 28 - Noblesville 20 - Sparty needs this one New Haven 56 -Luers 14 - Bulldogs roll big here St Joe 34 - South Side 12 - Archers missed a big chance at a win last week Carroll 35 - Warren Central 21 - Chargers avoid an 0-2 start
  18. It was the year I was thinking of as I watched the game. If this year’s team shows that type of potential, it will be a special year on Fairlawn Pass
  19. He was fine, the pick 6 was not good, but he hit a few nice passes. He excels with the run game though and I think Snider will be tough to stop on the ground. 2 very good running backs, a very good option type QB, and good receivers who can go get the ball. Should be fun to watch
  20. I agree. How much does Snider sell out to stop the run because if they sell out, they will be susceptible to the deep pass. As with 95% of football games, they are won in the trenches. I think Snider has a decided advantage in that area, but that is why they play the games. Consistency as always been a challenge for Snider because as good as they looked against Warren Central, past history has shown them to also come out flat against teams
  21. Since this is a 2023 Snider thread, let’s talk some Panther football!!! Now, I will say I was very impressed with Billingsley at QB.That dude was shifty and had some great spin moves in the run. Running attack was flat out great and the game was won in the trenches. Been a long time since a Snider slobber knockered a good team. Defense was really good as well. Time to go to Kendalltucky, er Kendallville, and play another good team
  22. Sir, I did, go into the pick ‘em threads and you will clearly see I had Snider winning
  23. This was a pretty dominating effort by Snider. Warren is a 6A #4 ranked team in the state and the Panthers took them to the woodshed. What will be interesting is when Warren plays at Carroll next week. Do they rebound as Carroll lost to HSE so they will be hungry for a win as well.
  24. Doubtful, going to be a long year on Clinton and Washington Center
