That’s awesome! See him daily unless he in Florida!
That man was a positive influence on my life. Loved him as a teacher.

I’m not sure for high school to be honest. My dad just handles the kickers for Varsity and helps were coach needs it. No official coach on Varsity. He has coached Junior High for 26 years has head coach so far.
I had your Uncle Joe at Bremen. He is a legend.

Good luck to all the HNAC teams, the next few weeks is going to fun for a handful of your programs.

Rumors of administration dismissals for insubordination.

Major shake up occurring with administration at Bremen. Things in the school may finally be refreshed.

Chuck Freeby reported today that this game will be livestreamed on the IHSAA Champions network. Good news for those who can't make the game! Typically the Channel 46 games are a delayed broadcast at 11:00 pm on Friday's and 9:00 am on Saturdays.
They’ve been live streaming them the last couple years.

I’ve been on here since I was 19 or so, some years there is a lot of good debate, other years not so much.
I am 41 now, I’m older and more cantankerous. Don’t like the things I see from my alma mater. I feel like they are just going through the motions and aren’t thriving for more. This isn’t necessarily the football team but all sports.
Stepping back a bit further, as a region I think we continue to fall behind the rest of the state and the gap grows larger every year.

Bremen is one dimensional because of injury to qb and fb and the latter is returning this week to both sides of the ball. I do agree with Marshall county that wildcat Bremen is running might have ran its course ! We will see what offense they bring to the game this week?
When is Laidig back?

I was very big on LV all year, but the way things are trending, I am thinking the Jays win and win convingly. I am now thinking NJ will endu up going to state and actually surprising LUHI down there.

Bremen is very one dimensional with Moser. He is a tough back, but Riley is well coached and find a way to limit his production. When that happens Bremen can’t move the ball. That is what happened in other games.

What impressed you about Riley? And from that what makes you think they will be a force next year? It seems there tends to be teams who come and go and start to get some excitement behind them in SB, all for the same old stuff to happen and they end up just as bad as all others. As it looks right now, Riley is only SB team period that even looks like they are playing organized football. Would be nice if the city had at least one team that can actually compete in games.
Riley owes Bremen. The Lions have got the better of them recently. I think Riley gets the victory in the Battle of the Miami Trail.

I’m serious.
But it is also a message board, so it is also a debate between unwise Middle Aged men.

If we really care about player safety, we’d rip them up and replant the sod. Death to Turf.

The last 12 years has seen a mad rush to get turf fields. On PMS today, it was discussed that they are widely despised by players because of the abuse on the body. Rip them up and go back to sod.

I definitely see Triton giving NJ a good game this week, but I agree with wht Fine Print said earlier, If I'm Triton I am keeping in vanilla. No need wasting all the secrets on them now, save it for the post season.

Angola should be Marian as they continue to restock.
Bremen should win by 20 or so. I see it 34-14ish
Calumet
LaVille was slowed last week, maybe Barron can find a few wrinkles to keep it close, but Laville should win by 20+.
Jimtown will beat Washington, but will be closer than folks think.
NP over Rily 35-13ish
And the Elkhart Charging Blazers over Adams big.
edit I forgot Penn over St. Joe 54-0
Nothing to wild this week, but you never know.
