  1. You're Saints are looking pretty good Rodney, glad to see them back. I liked what I saw from Carroll when they played CG. Couple that with competing with HSE despite their top offensive weapon sitting on the sidelines, one has to conclude that Dwenger is pretty good. Wonders how good St Francis De Sales is. I know they have a rich history in Ohio.
  2. @LC_Bears_04Unrealistic not to have a Fort Wayne team in the Top 25. Pick your team, Dwenger, Carroll, or both. Insert them where you will, but I have both those teams potentially beating 5 or 6 teams on your list
  3. I would have argued to exhaustion a few years ago. I was wrong, it doesn't seem to make any difference if you really dive deep into it.
  4. I would have agreed with you a few years ago. Someone did a study on travel. A two hour drive doesn't seem to impact the score of a game according to the study.
  5. Bleh, we'll see. Hmmmm, wonders why.
  6. How bad does that make Center Grove?
  7. Reported by Maxpreps: Dwenger 9, Carroll 6 I'm fired
  8. Good teams figure it out in the end. Sounds like they fell asleep, then woke up when it mattered most.
  9. Just busting your balls Rodney. I might give you East Central over Crown Point in '22, but '23 would be a good game. I think "walked all over" is pretty bold.
  10. C'mon Temp, seriously? Big difference between 5A and 6A. Snider's cracked that code one time, you think DC will do it in one year? Gimme a break. Destroying Merrillville 28-0 is far more impressive than Avon barely beating DC...........sorry. Fishers is a good football program, but they don't impress me as much as Crown Point does, especially with Buzea running the show. What has Fishers done over the last five years that CP hasn't done? They lose in the playoffs by double digits every year.................but I guess that's okay as long as you're not from the north. Losing to by 25 points do them no favors when trying to say they are better than Crown Point. I'd bet massive money that CP shows better against Carmel than a 25 point deficit. Don't debate me on this Temp, I'll crush you and Rodney at the same time :).
  11. Yes Being up on Merrillville 28-0 is more impressive than anything those three have done so far.
  12. Hmmm. I didn't think Westfield was so bad two year ago. No one was coming close to Bed Davis that year in the friendly confines of Luca Oil.
  13. You're pretending again from your Indianapolis home.
  14. Lol, I always screw those two up. So they wouldn't "compete?" Thought they beat the HCC's best team two seasons ago? Hmmmm.
  15. Worth going to a game just to watch Mang Tung. The kid is impressive. Looks like he could play another position other than kicker. Defensive back perhaps.
  16. Therefore, you're underrating their coach. They beat Westfield two seasons ago and wasted a Pike team this year that Temp said was going to be good. Why is this team so overrated Rodney?
  17. The Indy fan base, and Rodney, is struggling to accept how good of a coach Buzea is. Crown Point fits in nicely with the best of the HHC.
  18. I was at the Center Grove game, they went toe to toe with them. Had CG trapped in there own territory most the third quarter, but couldn't take advantage and take the lead. Center Grove finally scored to make it 28-17 and that was it for the Chargers. Carroll was the harder hitting team, took it to the Trojans pretty good. I think this team has potential to give Crown Point a run for their money. Beating Kevin Wright and his 5000 students is another story.
  19. Agree, much respect for the Cavemen. Unsure about Warsaw. Defense isn't very good.
  20. I might finish 2 or 3 books a year at best. I'm too busy out in the real world. More of a doer than a reader to be honest. And you don't get to copy and paste anything after your "vociferous" accusation. Man, you'd make the world's worst attorney. Give it up. Not engaging in your back and forth nonsense. Better things to do.
  21. That kind of resume gives them the opportunity to compete for a 5A semi-state, but that's about it. And in 6A, games are won in the trenches. They'd probably be lucky to get out of sectionals. Exhibit A: Snider. Weak in the trenches. On their way to 5A next season. Could have won sectionals last season with a weak offensive line, but most programs don't have 3 D1 and 2 D2 guys on defense to bail them out. Not the case this season............5A looming. Anyway, good luck to Merrillville, I wish them well.
  22. Not saying your wrong. I might be on board with putting Merrillville in that #15 area based on there performance against CP. Was that game really ever competitive? The final score doesn't look bad, but I wanna say they were playing from way behind the entire game. I have no axe to grind with Merrillville. In fact, I'd love to see this team win 5A for their outstanding community of football fans. I just have my reservations. Anytime they play a good time, they seem to lose by double digits. But hey, maybe this year's team is different.
  23. If you know Rodney, he was laying on the sarcasm.
  24. Speaks what exactly? I love God, family, and my neighbors. What else do I need? I'm a college dropout who gives back to the community and could probably buy you 50 times over. Not sure what not knowing that word says about me. So enlighten us. Go ahead and copy and paste an example of "forceful manner" since you have nothing else to do. Going back to work, will check in later.
