  1. Clemson survives the late comeback by Wake to send it to OT. Miami loses to Middle Tennessee State. Some great videos from the monsoon in the parking lot. Minnesota easily handles MSU....Looking like Minnesota is the best in the West division?
  2. UC gets pressure late with just a 4 man rush. The o line continues to be a glaring weakness.
  3. 28 points given up in the 2nd quarter is inexcusable. While they have played well late in this game, the hole they put themselves in is too deep. I have only seen the 2nd half, but Bazelak has been off target most of the half. UC's QB getting banged up seems to have had an impact on their offense this half.
  4. So, I was kinda right in one of the scenarios here......so I got that goin for me.........which is nice.
  5. The holding and invalid signal offset. The delay of game is enforced from the previous spot; so, the penalty yards give K a 1st down.
  6. This is well written. Albert Pujols has been a Cubs killer for a LONG time. But rivalries are trivial at best in moments like this. Any fan of sports can be happy for him reaching this milestone. The reception he gets from the LA crowd and team is great to see as well. https://www.bleachernation.com/cubs/2022/09/24/when-a-chicago-cubs-fan-sees-albert-pujols-reach-700-home-runs/?fbclid=IwAR3TwRJfIkOTJO7_M24Mx0cp2qgDCYHDKBewQnvVVOQ336MI4kAQhbVAKbM
  7. More than likely that is where. I guess some may have ended up at WC as well though.
  8. He was referring to where Mithoeffer T's into Prospect. Creston is just East of that point. Marshall is at 38th and Mitthoefer; 6 miles from Creston There was some conversation about a 2nd school even when I was at WC. I still believe a number of school districts in Indy looked at Lawrence Township schools.....and the struggle of the athletic teams at that time to decide they would not add an additional school.
  9. Yep…I am not a fan of the prime time games either.
  10. @Bobref was seen at the game
  11. If the clock is winding down, there are advantages to not touching it, but they better be in place to cover in case someone picks it up to run.
  12. If no one touches it, it is a dead ball at the 3. If it goes out of bounds at the 5, that is where it is spotted.
  13. Hard to argue that. I am leaning toward the Bills. They have been impressive.
  14. Seems to be plenty to post about other games that have occurred in two weeks outside of the 3 teams that have their own thread going. Here is my first entry As Peter Griffin would says........ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww.......ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww.......ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww.......ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww.......ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww.......ooooowwwwwww........owwwwwwwww iykyk 🤣 https://twitter.com/BSSportsbook/status/1572057732936761345?s=20
  15. Looked like Franklin may have been in on it, the way he laughed at his 40 time. Great stuff.
  16. Everything is better with Benny Hill music 🤣
  17. Punts and FG's are both scrimmage kicks. Several years ago at a coaches' clinic in Indy, this staff from a small school in Wisconsin did not have anyone who could punt well, so they chose to line up in PAT formation and kick away. It looked funny on film to see a team backed up at their own 20 or so lining up to kick a FG. lol
  18. As long as the ball does not break the plane of the goal line, it can be advanced by the defense.
  19. This is great. I don't see Frank around any pregame shows much any more, and that is a real shame.
  20. The crazy part was, watching the Nebraska NU game, it was a great game. Both teams played well. I did not get the impression that either team was bad; much less THAT FREAKIN bad.....wow.
  21. Not like he does for A A Ron, but yes he did. 🤣
  22. I thought that too. He played restrained. I know it is a challenge to have a QB that is a run threat, but it appeared he held back from running a couple times. He ran well early, but it seemed like he has a strict amount of times he is allowed to run. The first drive was impressive. I was thinking it was going to be a long night seeing that. One BIG positive impact player for Green Bay was Quay Walker. He was the one who kept Fields from scoring on the controversial drive. That was a solid open field tackle against a QB with that size and speed.
