Nah....I think it had more to do with a long day for very little time to practice. Nothing to do with playing there as 8th graders. Doesn’t make sense to spend 7 hours on a bus to practice. I think if EM was located closer to Indy the Tigers would practice at LOS.

Forced 7 turnovers because OL got blasted by a team with a bunch of 2 way players from SW Indiana. I’m sure HH is well aware of BC and what it’s going to take to compete. Don’t underestimate HH or it could be even more embarrassing in 2919.

Ummm several of these kids started on 2018 team and played a major role. Another 5-6 either started or played significant minutes on 2017 team. A large number are suiting up for the 44th time in their varsity career. Inexperienced??

I’m guessing both teams hit hard and both have been hit hard. I’m not sure there is any research that shows a recruit hits harder than a non-recruit. 🤷🏻‍♂️ And I’m not sure it comes down to who hits harder. I’m guessing X’s and O’s and limit turnovers will be the biggest factor in the W. HH probably has a smaller margin for errors but I thought the same last year for EM.

How does 2919 Chatard compare to 2018? I know last years team featured at D1 Ball State commit at QB that had a monster season. Seemed like there were a few others getting high D1 looks.

I can’t imagine EM will wear down. Several you listed have been making plays on both sides of ball for 3 years. I’ve noticed OL’s getting worn down trying to block EMs DL and LB. I guess we will find out Saturday. EM has always asked a handful of kids to play both ways. I think that’s a big reason they’ve played Thanksgiving weekend the last 3 years. #6 didn’t play both ways much till week 7 and then again week 12, 13, and 14. You will see a very fast hard hitting defense. If QB is on the run I like our chances. Can’t get away from #6 and #69.

Let’s hope the hype is real this year. It seemed real last year!! 😂😜 It looked real last year......in the 4th vs EM’s JV Actually think it is real this year as it has been in many years.

Ok. I think the prediction of 45-10 is pretty accurate. I hope I eat crow but I don’t think HH will be able to ground and pound.

Chatard is a different animal this year. Sagarin has them winning 45-10. WOW. HH is a really good team with size and athletes. I think HH is going to be forced to throw the ball more than they would like. I don’t think HH is going to be able to play smash mouth with a Chatard. Hope I’m wrong but I see the Trojans covering.

With all due respect that’s not a EM fan. You won’t find any or I don’t think any will talk smack( unless playing Central or Gibson Southern😜) EM wasn’t expected to do much this year after moving up a class and graduated a tremendous senior class in 2018. I’m guessing only the true Tiger fans felt this team could make a deep run. Myself being one of those fans. I expect EM will have to play a perfect game to even have a chance to win vs East Noble.
