Thats true. But FC scored the same amount of points on East as they did on a top 3 team in the State of Kentucky. They played like dogshit. Again, I give East credit. They were ready to play. But they aren't 20 points better than us.

I watched some of their game with Seymour on Glicod. They didn't look that small. Maybe not their biggest of the last 20 years , but that's not a terrible OL at all. I imagine if they played North again, the margin would be much closer. Have to give Coach Vogel some credit.

Floyd Central played a bad game from what I heard. You have to give credit to East obviously. But when it's 4th and goal at 3 yard line and you throw a 95+ yard pick 6, you're gonna take your medicine. East was ready to play. FC wasn't. That's how it went I assume.

That's probably true. Our Front 7 has struggled this season. We lost some pretty good dudes from last season. I won't make excuses but we definitely need another year in the weight room.

It's a good litmus test for East. Have they turned a big corner and are on the way back? Or did Floyd Central just play like dog 💩? I've heard both from observers. But that will be a big and interesting game on Friday.

New Albany is just bad. And they're down some starters.

I obviously wasn't at the game. I was at the IU game today. But I'll congratulate East on their win today and most likely winning the HHC title. I've talked to a few people and I've heard a whole bunch of excuses but I'm not going down that rabbit whole. East was obviously the better team today. I'm not really suprised since I really haven't been impressed with the leadership of the Senior class. It's a small class. And we still seem undersized a little bit. 230-240 Lb lineman is fine but we go up against 270-280 Lb lineman on other teams. I think this SO/JR class needs another winter and spring in the weight room. This might be a good loss for FC. Maybe it helps in the Sectional? Good win for East.

My buddy is at the game. She said that FC looks like they don't even want to be there. East has outplayed them in all phases and has been the tougher team.

It should be a good game between FC and East today. I won't be able to be there as I'll be in Bloomington today. I don't expect a big crowd today At Wiegleb stadium with the rain and it being a Saturday game. Which is a shame. A Good Friday night game would've probably brought a big crowd for this matchup.

It must not be too hard. Charlestown and Scottsburg moved their game to tonight. But I get what you're saying here. Unfortunately the weather controls us and not the other way around.

All of these games need to be moved to Saturday. Some of the teams down here have already done that. The weather tomorrow is going to be ridiculous from what I'm hearing. Hurricane stuff.

We've had plenty down in this part of the state. Although, I'd have to ask the Farmers if they agree with that.

BNL (0-5, 0-3 HHC) at Jennings County (0-5, 0-2 HHC) I like BNL to get their first win here. They're down this year but not as down as JC. Columbus East (3-2, 3-0 HHC) at Floyd Central (3-1, 2-0 HHC) Tough game. East is better than the past 2 years. Probably a matchup of the two best QBs in the conference. I'll take my Highlanders since the game is at home and Sebastian Robertson is running the heck out of the ball. New Albany (3-2) at 5A #7 Bloomington North (4-1) NA is dealing with some injuries and B-North is a solid team. Give me North. Seymour (2-3) at 2A #2 Brownstown Central (5-0) Brownstown is a well oiled machine. Reed May built another bully. Give me the Braves. Silver Creek (3-2) at Jeffersonville (3-2) Similar teams but Jeffersonville has more athleticism. Jeffersonville is better than they showed last week, they just got unlucky with a couple of onside kicks that went against them. Give me Jeffersonville.

Probably going to be the game of the year in the HHC. Villarreal is a handful. We also added another arrow in our quiver. Jacobi Jones became eligible this week. He ran hard and showed off some speed.

We came out of halftime and recovered an onside kick. Scored a TD. Recovered another onside kick. Scored another TD. Coach Bragg has some big ass nuts. He's the most aggressive HS coach I've seen around here and I love it. He will onside kick, fake punt, flea flicker, fake PAT at any time, during any game. The guy never plays "not to lose."

Thats fair. Really, other than about 5 minutes of game action, FC flat out dominated them.

Let's give a shoutout to Jeffersonville for stomping on FCs logo before the game and then getting stomped for 48 mins.

Columbus East (2-2, 2-0 HHC) at New Albany (3-1, 2-0 HHC) East. They're a legit conference contender. NA hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse yet. Jeffersonville (3-1, 2-0 HHC) at Floyd Central (2-1, 1-0 HHC) Im taking FC since it's at home. Dont get me wrong. I'm more nervous about this game then I was weeks ago. Seymour (1-3, 0-3 HHC) at BNL (0-4, 0-2 HHC) Seymour. They aren't bad. They just lack experience. Jennings County (0-4) at Madison (2-2) Madison. They are better than they usually are.

You'll blowout FCs freshman team. It's a really bad team. Thankfully our Sophomore class and 8th grade are really good.
