    After having our team boycott practice this week over some internal issues and having to make a coaching change today, I'm so proud of our guys for a big win over Bedford North Lawrence. It's such a privilege to live in such a great community with a lot of great and successful people. And even better kids. I wouldn't wanna live anywhere else in this state.

    The National Media wants IU fans to feel like shit. It's filtered down to the haters. They don't want people to feel good about an 11 win season after winning 9 games in 3 years. It's the equivalent of when Corydon made it to the Semi-State and lost to Chatard and "if" people acted like they didn't belong there. Bullshit.

    DT sent me a DM a few years ago and said he attempted to interview 50 coaches for his platform. He said 49 of them called him back. He said the only one that didn't was Coach Bragg. Then proceeded to call him lazy. Lol. Which is funny because I'm at Floyd all the time and coach is always there doing stuff. I have no idea who this DT guy is?

    Absolutely. And as long as we've been playing football, having a population of close to 2,000, and having a coach that is very competent, we are still a mid-level program at best. Providence just won the first State Championship that this corner of the state has ever had.

    West Washington, Brownstown, and Paoli have history and tradition. It's not that Henryville and Pekin don't have athletes. I've seen their basketball teams look impressive at times. They just don't really grow up playing football. There is no culture for it.

    There is a reason that Henryville has never started a program. Salem has more kids than Pekin and they struggle to be competitive. Just not a good area for football. The kids aren't very big.

    Floyd Central had the ball on the 19, with a chance to tie and got stripped sacked by Michigan Commit Benny Patterson. We made it a game and that's all I asked for. Very few Srs on this team. Looking forward to next year.

    Floyd County moved trick or treating from Thursday to Friday night. So there goes any football atmosphere advantage that FC or NA had. Same thing happened against East.

    It's a sad story. Some teens started shooting at Harvest Homecoming which they say was "Gang related" and he actually got his GF to the ground and he protected her. The kid was a Hero. It's heartbreaking. He had a good future ahead of him.

    Yep. He actually played 7 on 7 with FC this summer. His GF goes to FC. He wanted to transfer here but for some reason he couldn't. He's close with a lot of people up here. Great kid. He was an innocent bystander. I heard the suspects are gang members from Louisville. Absolutely sickening and maddening. He was actually a D-1 prospect as a Kicker.

    Benny Patterson is visiting Indiana for the Indiana/Nebraska game. It sounds like they are pushing hard for him.

    I want the Bloomington schools in the HHC. Then FC can stop playing teams like St X and Terre Haute South. Most of the HHC teams play those teams in athletics anyways, so it wouldn't be a huge change.

    Cignetti will be on him. Pat Kuntz is one hell of a D-Line coach. They need to go after this kid hard.
