There is a reason that Henryville has never started a program. Salem has more kids than Pekin and they struggle to be competitive. Just not a good area for football. The kids aren't very big.

Could Pekin join the Patoka Lake conference?

Floyd Central had the ball on the 19, with a chance to tie and got stripped sacked by Michigan Commit Benny Patterson. We made it a game and that's all I asked for. Very few Srs on this team. Looking forward to next year.

Weather

Floyd County moved trick or treating from Thursday to Friday night. So there goes any football atmosphere advantage that FC or NA had. Same thing happened against East.

It's a sad story. Some teens started shooting at Harvest Homecoming which they say was "Gang related" and he actually got his GF to the ground and he protected her. The kid was a Hero. It's heartbreaking. He had a good future ahead of him.

Yep. He actually played 7 on 7 with FC this summer. His GF goes to FC. He wanted to transfer here but for some reason he couldn't. He's close with a lot of people up here. Great kid. He was an innocent bystander. I heard the suspects are gang members from Louisville. Absolutely sickening and maddening. He was actually a D-1 prospect as a Kicker.

I want the Bloomington schools in the HHC. Then FC can stop playing teams like St X and Terre Haute South. Most of the HHC teams play those teams in athletics anyways, so it wouldn't be a huge change.

Yeah I'm okay. I actually went down to Ohio County KY to watch one of my friends kids play. That may be one of the worst teams I've ever seen. They wouldn't beat the current Jennings County. Didnt see the FC game. Heard it was a ref show. Not just against FC but it was just horrible for both sides. Almost 40 flags. I did watch the replay and I saw an FC player have his hands down by his thighs and did a small flex after a tackle and got an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. It was also the only black player on the field. I'm tired of the officiating in HS football. And I.O. no I'm not throwing hat in the ring. It's not just here, it's happening in most sports around the country. They think the fans are there for them.
