  1. do college players get taxed on where they play like NFL? Oh wait, there is ZERO actually rules still. Nevermind.....
  2. HURTS !!!!!!! Signs 3 year deal..... retires in year 1, all guaranteed money now becomes DEAD money against the CAP Does the LV Raiders have a CENTER? Vegas BOOKS are on the move, yesterday started at +650 to Bears to land Crosby, then afternoon +200, then moves to -145 this afternoon .......
  3. Darnold ran a Pro Set at USC vs Florida and more Run components from the QB position: So that could POSSIBLY be the reason one was more "Accomplished" passer than the other, however, go back and RE READ what I stated and ask yourself, did Coach Nowlin mention anything about prolific passing or either player? So let me ask you: Why did you make this assumption? What part of my statement led you to come firing back criticizing my post about a specific thing such as "Accomplished Passer". Show me where I claimed Richardson was better or on Par with that specific attribute? All I did was say that NFL folks must of loved him as he was projected to be 3rd QB taken, most had him in top 15 big board, nothing more, nothing less, Darnold played 24 total College games as a starter to 13 to Richardson. So essentially 1 full season. PERHAPS, just MAYBE, some of this angst it seems to come firing back should be pointed towards the organization that CHOSE to spend a 4th overall pick for the QB of the future after only staring 12 games because his arm talent was off the charts, his elite athleticism couldn't be passed up and they would just coach em up on the poor accuracy.... amirite...... Lets go back shall we: 1.1. Bryce Young 1.2. CJ Stroud 1.4 Richardson 2.2 Levis (33rd overall) Rest is the rest .... (ALL HOT GARBAGE) For Colts mental health, DO NOT go back though that 2023 DRAFT ....... to see all the players taken from picks 5 to 43......... SPOT ON: which leads to the fact that COLTS ORG really really really fumbled this one. Even if he was a "project" , do you really take those guys 4th overall??? In Colts world you do and you get to keep your job!!!
  4. Why did Darnold fail in NY JETS but succeed in 1 year with Minnesota? Then onto Seattle? McCarthy?? As in new Pitt coach former Dallas and GB Coach?? There was a reason most NFL had Richardson in the top 15 big board and top 3 QB, same as Darnold when he came out, talent there, but can it translate with proper coaching ?
  5. Added RICHMOND to the Job Board today
  6. one of the main factors of injury prevention is weight training and conditioning. New Pal in that department stands tall in the state.
  7. he probably falls in that range of late 1 into 2nd round somewhere..... DIdn't really watch anything combine, listed to some Poles/CBJ media circuits.
  8. He seems to be destined to be a very high level NICKEL player, attacking backfields, to dominating coverage.
  9. OK: NFL : Ball is your possession Chicago and Atlanta both agree that the letter of YOUR RULE has been fulfilled, so cough up the Draft Picks !!
  10. Love to have that Drill make him fall to Bears at 25
  11. Fair enough I saw the headline on OWNERSHIP and saw A - Didn't read the article yet, not sure if I will, but curious if you read the article, did it say what went into the criteria of "locker room"?
  12. MEH: That's a nothing burger in the landscape of NFL locker rooms. Perhaps they have a Poly style marriage, to each their own, but his wife seems to be not upset about it publicly, and my guess is that if this was an issue, why would he just show up at NFL honors with his GF ?? But my reasons to say no to him has everything to do with 22 million and 38 years old
  13. Anyone have the players jumping out of the pool yet? That was a fun waste of a pick Bears made about 10 years ago
  14. ?? What off field stuff? 2011? and 2017? He got suspended for Weed..... cmon man, now NFL doesn't even test for it
  15. Luxury addition for sure: However, already over the CAP, I think they like OZZY, BUT... how he comes back will be unknown for some time. Based on what I have listened to POLES and CBJ say: 1. They LOVE combo on RIGHT with Jackson and Wright: So Darnell stays RT 2. They are NOT moving Thueny to LT 3. Trent Williams is 38 yrs old: He is due to make $22 Million BASE: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/6513/trent-williams NO CHANCE 4. DJ Moore is getting traded: My guess they will settle for Moore for a 4th at best 6th round at worse. 5. Best Available will be the mind set as seen last year when they took Loveland and Burden 6. Swift Walks: Monangai takes lead role: Draft late RB again 7. Brisker walks: Resign Byard 2 year deal 8. Cut Tremaine Edmonds, doubt you have any sort of Trade leverage with cap situation 9. What players contracts can be converted to signing bonuses to free cap space ?
  16. Atlanta: Matt Ryan, Ian Cunningham, already cutting Cousins, not sold on Pennix it seems: Do they trade for Baggent? Richardson Mac Jones may find himself in a better situation and move on from 49ers, enter Richardson, Minnesota rehabbed Darnold, who won a Super Bowl next year, then let Daniel Jones hang and now is set to get paid
  17. Minnesota Atlanta 49ers My thoughts; Pair him with a QB guru: These HC at these organizations have a history of success with QBs See what O'Connell did in MInnesota with Darnold, before his GM really really messed up his decision which rightfully so, cost him his job
  18. You're welcome
  19. Why is paying the Tax for the ticket ok for this GenCon but paying tax for anything else BAD ? maybe because it fits your personal interest and you are willing to pay whatever fee/tax there was to attend this event because that money was not going to deter your choice of entertainment. That is your personal choice of the principled life you live. Yet, judgment falls onto others who have valued their personal choice of what they are comfortable with in the realm of taxable transactions for entertainment purposes.
  20. Indiana isn't being played..... they are here and ready if Bears want to make the BEST business decision, HOWEVER, just bc us FANS or Season Ticket holders think it's the wise decision doesn't mean the Bears will. Everything is negotiable and the dummies down in Springfield ALWAYS seem to make it way harder than it ever HAS to be, but that's their M.O. All about motivation and at the end of the day: Bears have to protect future tax liabilities, that are fair, which until recently Illinois was NOT negotiating in that capacity.
  21. Young Brother Shanley just got the promotion to DC !!!
  22. and thing is: I do that all the time: (minus the bring my own food) absolutely have: saves money yup,, see college friends and their families, bonus. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. but its not a full sum for me one way or another
  23. Added Bloomington North yesterday Wawasee promoted : Mark Osmialowski Michigan City hired Charles Salary, opens Calumet South Newton hired Phil Halsema last night
  24. he is doing ok, I'd say: But according to @Muda69, I am most likely way way way more wealthier then McAfee since I choose to pay the Marion county Tax when I visit. Also: WATCH For the TURK!!!!!
