  1. No Plummer?? Possibly, I am not too much in on JUCO/Grad Transfer route at this time as I believe that O"Connell's ability to go in there and productive has lightened the importance for Juco/Grad Transfer in this class.
  2. yea the Stinson kid sounds like is flipping to Duke it sounds like however, word is they flipped a DB from Michigan who holds B10 offer Wednesday could be exciting
  3. official: Sindelar NOT returning ***EDIT**** Will not be pursuing Pro Career
  4. Purdue brought in Greg Brown, long time DB coach, who was at Auburn in 2018, though when you look at resume, doesn't spend a lot of time at one place Coaching career (HC unless noted) 1981 UTEP (GA) 1982 Green Mountain HS (CO) (DC) 1983–1984 Denver Gold (DB) 1984–1986 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (assistant) 1987–1988 Wyoming (DB) 1989–1990 Purdue (DB) 1991–1993 Colorado (DB) 1994 Atlanta Falcons (DB) 1995–1996 San Diego Chargers (DB) 1997–1998 Tennessee Oilers (DB) 1999 San Francisco 49ers (DB) 2000–2001 Atlanta Falcons (DB) 2002–2005 New Orleans Saints (assistant) 2005–2010 Colorado (DB) 2010 Arizona (co-DC) 2011–2012 Colorado (DC) 2013 Alabama (DB) 2014–2015 Louisville (DB) 2016 Missouri (CB) 2017–2018 Auburn (DB) 2019–present Purdue (CB) He coaches CORNERS, while Coach Pointdexter coaches Safeties
  5. Thoughts from IU NATION?
  6. Hammond Noll BOYD up and quit this weekend
  7. Just so happens Purdue has a Assistant Coach opening for LINEBACKERS right now. I believe since their has been no announcement yet, that Coach Poindexter will get promoted to full time DC after sharing duties last few years.
  8. Sounds like Purdue lost another DB from the verbal class, Stinson: Flipping to Duke, HOWEVER word around the internet is that their is a DB from Michigan, with b10 offer that is flipping to Purdue this week. Purdue hosted a JUCO Corner this past weekend, I believe they told him during the visit with the new news that he was not in their plans, so he released a top 5 without Purdue. Strong indication that Purdue gets JUCO MLB who was verbal to LA Tech. Big fella who supposedly is not too big for MLB. not a great offer list, but I think PU told him he can play MLB for them: https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2020/damarcus-mitchell-255247
  9. in my opinion, there is such a fine line between 8 wins and 10 wins, a couple bad breaks, calls, etc can dictate those things, so its hard to just have a flat line saying, if he gets only 8 wins then he he is not worth it or however else folks frame that narrative.
  10. It was well known that Karlaftis would be a Wolverine or Buckeye if that happened and many others were gone, including, Rondale who would of transferred.
  11. Version of Howard Stern that is currently been on the radio last 5/6 years is FAR from the version you are referring to in that post. Very mellowed out and really gotten very good with sprinkled in shenanigans along the way. I giggled too I remember very vividly a few months ago a frantic @Temptation emailing me and then reporting his own post because he screen shot something from his laptop and posted it. There was info on there that would 100% make your inquiry that 2 accounts 1 person patently false
  12. Kevin Wright has a tremendous resume, that could get him a job from NFL down to HS, whatever he would like to do.
  13. Legacy 4 star, Topp 100 player from nearby town from OSU takes off after not beating out Pete Werner. https://ohiostate.rivals.com/news/brendon-white-enters-transfer-portal
  14. He is absolutely good HS football QB Not saying otherwise Listen, I get it, every year we can have these conversations, no doubt every year GREAT KIDS get left off Top 50, All State, AP All State, Region All Star teams, All Star Games. Been at this 17 years as a coach, Been on these boards since its inception as well, so trust me I get it. Like I originally said, I was surprised Adams wasn't the choice and his name was not on the Mr. Football ballot. Absolutely that last part I bolded is very true.
  15. Yes The ballot this had all position player winners on it, including Warsaw's kicker 3 New Pal players on the ballot alone
  16. There will be a special presentation for the 5 timer @CoachDurham at a special place, only reserved for these special occasions
  17. And Adams did, his JR year as he led his team to 3a state championship by beating Evansville Memorial.
  18. So all WL had to do was beat, Guerin, then Chatard, both on the road, then FW Concordia then Mish Marian, then make it to 3a State and Beat Heritage Hills? If you are scoring at home, that would of been 4 straight Private schools on their way to Lucas. That would of made up the difference between the 2? All 3 were tremendous QBs and athletes. I know I am bias, however facing Kyle Adams 2 times in person and all the game film that I watched of him, the throws he made, the fact he got a legit big time scholarship to James Madison, a premier program in the FCS division was enough for me to see him on the Mr. Football ballot as QB position winner. If Kyle Adams was 6'1 he is not going James Madison........ Not a knock against Wright, very good HS QB himself.
  19. and this is the man behind the scenes in charge of Purdue Recruiting: He is as Real as it gets and puts it all out there, he is the straw that stirs the drink for the Boilers recruiting
  20. I think AP should be out soon. I believe last year Rondale was 1st consensus All American as a Freshman since Adrian Peterson
