  2. I disagree with that bolded part Very very young team in West Lafayette, zero Seniors, youthful mistakes cost them the road game at Miami in the ACC/B10 challenge, and the game against Rutgers as well, let that one slip away. that is how close they are from 11-3 vs 9-5. Scrolling thru twitter last night this narrative that IU is more talented roster is still mind boggling to me. watching the last 2 years, I do not see anywhere that IU is more talented. The 2 big men are a wash. IU backers, you're telling me you rather have your guards vs PU gaurds? Stop it. Too many folks get enamoured by the "stars' attached to the name and the stars on the shorts...... 1791 days since IU beat PU. That is absurb in last 6 years 201 February 15, 2014 West Lafayette, IN Purdue 82–64 202 January 28, 2015 West Lafayette, IN Purdue 83–67 203 February 19, 2015 Bloomington, IN Purdue 67–63 204 February 20, 2016 Bloomington, IN #22 Indiana 77–73 205 February 9, 2017 Bloomington, IN #16 Purdue 69–64 206 February 28, 2017 West Lafayette, IN #16 Purdue 86–75 207 January 28, 2018 Bloomington, IN #3 Purdue 74–67 208 January 19, 2019 West Lafayette, IN Purdue 70–55 209 February 19, 2019 Bloomington, IN #15 Purdue 48–46 210 February 8, 2020 Bloomington, IN Purdue 74–62 211 February 27, 2020 West Lafayette, IN Purdue 57–49 212 January 14, 2021 Bloomington, IN Purdue 81–69
  3. in all seriousness, I think if that was the way Roncalli wanted to move, so be it, to each their own, but I really do like the nickname Royals, so the students did well there
  4. I like it WAY WAY WAY better than the Popes, or Rams ....
  5. yes, they have the same personal trainer in L'ville
  6. after 8 months of you going at him and others about the election.... I am supposed to just think you are not trying to do the victory lap on him too, same victory lap you have been doing on others in this forum.... sure...... got it. And to boot, you know he is never on the main forum.....
  7. Under Nagy, it has been the most undisciplined team in my memory .... and they keep talking CULTURE.... vomit. 2 WR punched the same DB from 2 different games Multiple Defensive penalites for being undisciplined STOP THE MADNESS
  8. Phillips has been with the team since 1983 SMH Hanging there hats on winning 3 of the last 4... haha OK.... Texans, Jags..Vikings... not what I would consider a daunting task winning those games. 1 WIN against a team who went to the playoffs.... a miracle 20-19 over TB Bucs which was a on a short week mind you. They kept praising how they "didnt quit and came together " during a 6 game losing streak.... HOW bout the fact they WENT on the losing streak and they PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES, quite the standard set there on "not quitting": Clown show.
  9. I took 90 minutes of my night here and listened to these clowns today. I am trying not to be cynical and I have usually been a person on here talking about patience and taking time and so on and so forth. I have envied the Steelers organization over the many years of my fandom, because of their hard nose approach I loved in my teens from Coach Cowherd and then how they have stuck by Mike Tomlin all these years, so when McCasky today talked about how he reached out to other owners he trusted, such as Rooney, I think that is the message he got from them is to block the noise and grind through if you feel like the men in charge can still lead and have the outside some of the XOs qualities that organizations look for. I think that is where this decision came from, they got a pass, they get a pass on QB, they get a pass on Covid year, that is the message I got form the "Brass". They will either set themselves back more than years with this decision or perhaps, if they can get the QB right (which has not been done in my lifetime in land of Bears) perhaps, just maybe they can get closer to that 12-4 team than this 8-8 team. I will give it to Chicago Media, they DID NOT pull any punches today, they peppered McCasky and Phillips HARD today, some very legitimate inquires and follow ups and really put them in uncomfortable spots. I think you could tell Phillips was getting tired of the line of questions, but good, he is THE FIRST on my chopping block. I am not as bullish on PACE as I am with NAGY, however, he was given Tribuisky and he could not fix him, nor was he smart enough until he "relieved himself" from calling plays to adjust the offense to hide the amount of deficiencies #`10 has. I think Pace is batting about 500 overall in his 6 years. He was right on Leanard Floyd pick it seems, they didn't have the right scheme for him or under coached, him, but he looks every part of a top 10 pick he is, so he identified the talent by selecting him, coaching staff couldn't harvest it. He was dead on with Roquan, Mooney, Montgomery (finally it seems0 , Johnson (CB for UTAH) and some nice back up depth players as well like Villade. He was right on Cordell Patterson and Allen Robinson deals, but he is DEAD wrong on COHEN extension. List can go on IMO, but ultimately he will get judged for #10 if they cannot get that positions squared away ASAP. His job depends on it.
  10. Wandale was a sought after recruit from Louisville area Many thought it came down to Purdue, Michigan and Nebraska, spent 2 years at Nebraska, him and Rondale Moore are very close and used to be workout partners in L'ville Sounds like he maybe heading to Kentucky
  11. Transfer market going to kill prospects out of high school Tough sledding
  12. Day after WanDale Robinson enters the portal from Nebraska Lots of movment
  13. Joe Kutch was officicially promoted last night at North Central Farmersburg, he took over mid year from previous coach was let go mid season
  14. 21 year old report,,,,, SMH That is your defense. at this point. I will choose not to engage in conversation with someone who I have lost respect for Keep spinning and again, I truly hope in the rest of your life, you or anyone that is near and dear to you never need the assistance from these "pigs" as you so proudly spoke on, I trurly do. What an lazy immature decision you made today I am sure you will get the last word in Have at it My time is far more valuable to continue to use it with someone who shares such a dispicable view on a profession as you can see is pretty important to me
  15. have there been poor choices and bad actors in the public sector such as Police Dept, sure has, though to use that slanderous word the way you did against the entire profession is disgusting. I hope you are never in a situation where you need one of these "pigs" to save you in any capacity..... DISGUSTING
  16. And you don't think I share some of the same views to that as well?? Keep spinning all you want and deflecting ..... reminds me when I have an Alternative School kid who I need to hold accountable for a choice they made, and they say "yea but XYZ did something else too" that was a disgusting choice you made today Like I said, I thought you were above something like that.... guess not. Again. respect lost in use of 1 word
