A few that were overlooked (and with a little commentary):
Avon Orioles (noble bird)
Bedford North Lawrence Stars (would have preferred the old Stonecutters handle, but the former is uniques in its own right)
Columbus East Olympians (their tackle football squard seems to go for the gold)
Greenwood Woodmen (alliteration ats its best)
Marion Giants (so much for an iferiority complex)
Plainfield Quakers (wait? what? Quakers are opposed to violence--society of friends...)
I will never think of Indianapolis as a hick town, but went down on Saturday was low class. I don't care if it was a timing issue or not, you just don't do certain things. Luck was good for the team and it's unfortunate that bad apples are making you guys look like cry babies...
Brissett, or maybe now Osweiler can do a few good thing, who knows, but Saturday was next-level ugly.
I'll ponce on that one. It could be the Newton/Lake County line extending eastward to St. Joseph County. Or maybe at US 30 and all the way through Porter County. Nevertheless, it ends at Lake Michigan and the Illinois and Michigan stare lines.
"In Central Indiana, we drive Chevy"
Yeah, Highland sucks. I wish we could trade it for Flossmoor, Illinois. But in my staying true to the thread, although I'm not a Colts fan (as is most of the...world), what they did to Luck the other day was pure garbage. Crap like that happens in New York and Philadelphia, not here. I thought we were better than that.
Lest we never forget, Cass did beat the mighty Pioneer juggernaut, and since they're both north on 96th Street in Indianapolis, they qualify as northern. Furthermore, Lafayette Jeff did vanquish their fellow Tippecanoe brethren in a basketball-like school of 74-66. Lastly, 1A power Southwood did beat Muda69's Maconaquah Braves 17-20 for your upset special.
Play like a champion.
