  1. The "squad." If Trumps voters are considered a cult, then "the squad" is a cult on steroids.
  2. So like Kamala Harris? I don't even know if I spelled that person's name right.
  3. So Biden/Harris is a cult? Obama was a cult? Not sure I understand the difference. It sounds to me like the definition of a cult is something that one doesn't agree with, so they call it a "cult."
  4. Confused. What makes that a cult?
  5. No, I believe in the Electoral College. The popular vote doesn't make any sense to me. Trump didn't make a living out of being a politician. He's not part of the swamp. This isn't debatable.
  6. A record 78 million legitimate voters disagree.
  7. Many of the top players don't play in it to my understanding? I've never cared for All-Star games, they are a crapshoot. No conclusions can be drawn.
  8. Your views are clearly one sided. Not sure how you can say that Trumps rhetoric is polarizing without saying the same thing about ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN. He's got his back against the wall. It's Trump versus all media outlets but two. He'll do what he needs to do to defend himself, get his message out there, and call out the political elites (the swamp). You'd do the same. Left wing media is destroying America with Trump rhetoric, and especially racism rhetoric. Left wing racism saddens me.
  9. A wise man once told me, "only believe 1/3 of what you hear."
  10. Not confused at all. One political party has changed over the years far more than the other. We all saw the writing on the wall with what happened yesterday. There is no other path to victory for the Dems. Sick world we are living in. We the people, lol.
  11. I think we all knew it was a matter of time. The political elites in this country do NOT want this man to be our president. Average everyday Americans should be asking why this is. Why do the political elites hate this man so much? Because he's not a member of the political good 'ol boy club? I'm not blaming anyone at this point, but the timing came when Biden hit an all time low after the debate and several attempts to put Trump in jail. I don't see any of this as coincidence.
  12. My wife wonders how I can remember a football game from 20 years ago but I can't remember what we did yesterday.
  13. Interesting that some of your posts are hidden from my view. Some are very delayed.
  14. LCJ Martin was good, no one can deny that. But Lewis was a beast. He was scoring a touchdown once every four times he touched the ball before he broke his ankle in Week 9. The 99 yard pass was actually well defended. The Snider kid fell down as he was going up to defend the pass. That was one breaking point for Snider, there were two more. Snider blew up a WC play in the backfield when the DE tried picking up a fumble and taking it to the house. Instead he bobbled it and Evans picked up out of the air and took it in. Very much a fluke play. The other was Snider fumbling a punt at the 50 yard line down 21-14. They would have had great field position to tie the game. Those three plays were game breakers. Two evenly matched teams even without Lewis.
  15. I maintain that with a healthy Quale Lewis, the 2004 team would be on that list. Or not. It's hard to come up with a list based entirely on Sagarin.
  16. Not a good look for Dwenger if they are getting Carroll's second stringers. Is Carroll part of Dwenger's downfall? With such a great program right up the street, are parents sending their players to that new powerhouse program with great facilities and saving money in the process?
  17. Still haven't seen anyone as good as Vaughn Dunbar, and that was 1986. Those 80's and 90's boys can hang with the current "athletes." I have no doubt.
  18. Zolman has been around long enough to know what it takes to beat Snider and Carroll. His struggle has been with the opponents he doesn't see so much. Homestead will have their uptick. I don't ever count them out. They've won four of the last six against Snider. Last year Homestead beats Snider after the panthers manhandled Warren Central. Then turn around and get manhandled by Noblesville. The Spartans are a headscratcher for sure.
  19. No love for the Spartans?
  20. Agree. I appreciate the numbers that are provided for us. It's all for fun anyway. It's hard to tell who really could beat who from one year to the next. All we really know are that some teams from Warren and Ben Davis are at the top.
  21. Lol, thanks. Can't say I remember the 1981 team though. I'm just going off stories that I heard. That was the Rod Woodson team.
  22. Good Lord, you're testing my memory. That's a tough question. Sagarin has the 2016 at #2, I've got them at #7 (last 25 years). Overall I think 2016 ranks 14. 1. 2004 (Healthy RB) 2. 1986 (Healthy QB) 3. 1992 4. 1981 (Healthy QB) 5. 1998 6. 2002 7. 2001 8. 2015 9. 2023 10. 2022 11. 1995 12. 1996 13. 1994 14. 2016
  23. Hopefully, last year left a lot to be desired.
  24. With the mercy rule in play, I don't want to see 50-0 halftime scores anymore. I want to see teams take a knee when they get close to the endzone. Some teams already do do that, hence a flawed Sagarin system. All in all though, I do appreciate what Sagarin brings to the table. And I do appreciate the work you put into the rankings Temp.
  25. In 2015, I felt that Snider and New Pal, with those high powered offenses, would have given the 6A title contenders all they could handle. I don't even have that Snider team ranked in the Panther Top 5. I'm not taking anything away from Center Grove, as they've had some great teams. I just think there's some flaws in the Sagarin Ratings, one of them having CG 2015 as one of the states best ever.
