    Call me “Holtzian” but this game isn’t over. After that crazy 1A game I don’t think any lead is safe.

    At least he didn’t make that Marion “commute” like a lot of Howe players did a couple of years ago......that I-69 drive is just a nightmare during rush hour.

    Not that it matters too much, but over the years in my business life I’ve had to generate market studies of the Indy Metropolitan area as regards population figures for lenders and investors. For the purpose of those studies, the Indy Metropolitan area “officially” included all adjacent counties AND Madison County (Anderson).

    Some “P/P”s are more err....”disliked” than others. It’s usually proportional to the number of prior State Championships. Luers clearly falls into the “much more disliked” category....add the whole “Catholic” thing as well. You’re in good company.

    That’s my take as well. I really wonder if that crazy back and forth game Covenant had against Lutheran back in Sectional didn’t help prep them for a challenging opponent as found in this game.

    Pshaw (do people say that anymore, btw?)! What does an attorney know about research and reference material anyway?

    I think the only stats we’ll see are at the half. S. Adam “may” have run the ball a couple of times. No. 20 from Covenant reminds me of a spider. He runs both East/West (usually looking for an opening) and North/South and shifts from one to the other seamlessly. To be clear, I do mean that as a compliment to the kid. He’s also fun to watch.

    I’m a little surprised myself but would guess it will light up a bit today. Given the last couple of weeks, I think this is a 50/50 game.

    He and his crew did the last 2 Chatard /Marian semistates. They did a great job.

    Hard to say. How often are 2 Indiana teams ranked in the Top 20 Nationally? 6A might just be fine...but 2 other Indiana teams (CG and Cathedral) extraordinary.

    I didn’t see it but only read about it. I think the most accurate thing to say is that they both are simply on another level than the rest of the state this year.

    Better than Westfield by this much, yes. That was a running clock game (as was Carmel a week later). Cathedral was leading CG with a minute to go. People are still arguing here about their decision on 4th down.

    Vs New Prairie under Radtke, I think. Ugly beat down.

    Like Scarab, I tend to think CG will call off the dogs as well.
