I have no idea if North Daviess is better this year or not. Looking at their results from last year and this year I do not see any result that shows much improvement. They have played three teams this year that they played last year. Here are the results. 2019 vs. Tecumseh won 42-2. 2020 vs. Tecumseh won 44-0. + 4 in 2020. 2019 vs. Eastern Greene won 42-0. 2020 vs. Eastern Greene won 40-6. -6 in 2020. 2019 vs. Washington won 26-8. 2020 vs. Washington won 34-20. -4 in 2020. Looks like they are just about the same as last year compared to their opponents.

They did not do bad for student broadcasters. I have endured adults doing much worst. Have you listened to the guys doing the Boonville games? I think every flag thrown against the Boonville offense is a "late flag". I did think it was funny when the Jasper play by play guy pointed out that the Mater Dei QB has to run over to the sideline for every play. He then pointed out that the Jasper QB does not do that because he is smart enough to figure out what to do on his own and just calls his own plays.

Reitz scored their first TD with 1 minute to go in the 2nd quarter to make the score 37-7. Their 2nd and 3rd TD's in the last two minutes of the 4th quarter.

I am watching the replay of the Jasper vs. Mater Dei game this morning. Through 3 quarters Jasper looks very good however this Mater Dei team is not playing up to the standard I expect of a Mater Dei football team. Many mistakes that are killing them on offense.
