PC over Valley I think was 41-33. Valley scored on a hail Mary as time expired. #24 (Sawyer Guillaume) absolutely killed Valley tonight. Game still closer then I thought. Valley did a good job moving the ball.
Also if anyone knows they person who controls the YouTube livestream for PC might wanna tell then to pan to scoreboard every so often. No commentary or score posted on screen so if you don't catch it from very beginning or miss a ref signal you're in the dark alot of the game. Haha

Congratulations to the MJHS Football Team on a great season. The 8th grade/A-Team finished the season with a record of 7-1 and out scoring our opponents 284 - 46. Against conference opponents, they were 5-0 and only gave up one touchdown. On the season, they had 15 different players score either a touchdown or a 2-point conversion. They averaged 193 yards rushing and 57 yards passing per game.
Just saw the score against WW. Worst loss their JR high had all season. WW went 5-3. Losses to SV, Salem, and mitchell. Should be some fun battles next few years for sure in PLAC

Paoli
Perry Central
West Washington
Brownstown
Charlestown
Providence
Pekin (DONT BLOW IT)
North Harrison
Feels most of these are easy picks. Maybe Scottsburg/Pekin is one we maybe have difference on. Caught some Youth League games last night. WW 4th grade will play Paoli in lower division title game while Springs Valley will play Mitchell. I will say (since the 6th grade is the grade my kid is in for Valley) these kids if they stick to it will bring some fun games in future. WW has good talent. Size speed ect. Valley has good talent. Mitchell has the best player. If he stays at Mitchell (heard he lives in paoli but goes to mitchell) and continues his trajectory he's gonna be real good for the bluejackets

North Judson put the north on notice tonight, blowing out top 10 Triton. Great win for them as they roll into a HUGE matchup against Laville.
The Tri Titans also won a big one against Park Tudor. Some fun matchups around the state and some clear front-runners are established as sectional favorites. Is there any sectional out there that’s truly up for grabs?
Seems like the north will go Park Tudor, North Judson, Carroll Flora and Adams Central. I think AC and NJSP are on a collision course for a rematch from last year. I would enjoy watching that, but would appreciate it being played in Monroe this time!
Probably 48 between Tecumseh and Providence. Winner gets sacrificed to Lutheran. Haha

Pekin blows a 30-14 halftime lead to Salem and loses 47-46

Perry leads WW 35-6. They have got to figure out an offense. 2 weeks of not moving the ball.
Tecumseh leads Springs Valley 28-7.

As a guy who has seen North Decatur 4 outta last 7 years it's been cool to see them grow every year. Now to see if they can ever get over the Semi State hump unlike West Washington.

Crawford County at Paoli
Perry Central at West Washington
Scottsburg at Mitchell (I feel very guilty making this pick, but we've been bitten by the injury bug Friday night, as well as the JV game last night. Hoping I'm wrong!)
Springs Valley at Tecumseh
Brownstown at Indian Creek
Corydon at Charlestown
North Harrison at Silver Creek
Salem at Eastern Pekin
Don't feel guilty. I've only picked WW to win once. 😂😂

There will be some good games along the way in the south side of the bracket:
Sect 46 - North Decatur will face Tri at some point. Interested to see that ND defense face the Tri run game.
Sect 47 - Covenant/South Putnam/Lutheran should provide two good games. Personally hoping the ping pong balls put South Putnam/Covenant on the other side of the bracket.
Sect 48 - Tecumseh/Providence should be a good game. I know so little about this sectional that I was unaware there were any Catholics left in 1A. I thought that was the point of the success factor.
South Semistate - Sagarin would have Lutheran facing North Decatur in a battle of two great defenses.
Should be a lot of fun to watch!
Providence just dropped from 2A due to enrollment. But you got it right. Those 2 are the class of 48. I think Providence wins.

Saw that. Good for them. We told our kids to fumble it a few times. Didn't want the Senators to stop playing us!
Appreciate that. Good looking out!!

@JQWL WW JR high won 20-14. No 4 game sweep for you!!! 🤣🤣

I mean 2012....and I said arguably subjectively my friend. This conversation is all about me...hush about those schools up north! Wasn't Charlestown supposed to be the best 3A public in Indiana in 2012?
Ouch. Mid southern catching a stray.

WW vs Salem. A game we haven't won since 2016. Feels like we should be the favorite but we havent stopped the run in about a month (I don't count crawford). I'm torn. I think it'll be close. I'll take Salem. Something feels off with WW last few weeks. Maybe the CC game got some cobwebs out. But 2 weeks to prepare for Perry only for it to lead to a 35-0 deficit is bad. Maybe teams have their offense figured out. I dunno. We will find out friday
