I say this was the inevitable result of the NCAA’s stupid policies over the years — which have been replaced by NIL & the transfer portal. This is like a state legalizing cannabis. Do you let the people out of jail who broke the law when it was illegal? Do you automatically expunge their convictions?

Define Gambling Crime? 

Yes, Pete Rose should be in the HOF

No, you should not be allowed to participate in college/pro sports when gambling action can be made and you as an athlete choose to gamble on the sport you play.

There are both federal and state laws that criminalize illegal gambling. There are many people in jail for breaking these laws. Should all the people who have illegal gambling offenses be released just because many forms of gaming are now legal?
