Jim Harbaugh first five years at Michigan

0-5 against OSU

Ryan Day first five years at OSU

1-4 against Michigan

Harbaugh looks to be the son here .

Betting Day will end up much better than 3-5 .

I mean the worst Michigan team in a decade took care of a team that neither Indiana nor Notre Dame could beat…

Now do Bama…

Not bad for a rebuilding year.

3 point win..."took care of".....Yet lost to the Indiana team....on their way to a 7th place finish in 2024.

Things are looking up this year for the Wolverines....currently 5th place.  Congrats!  Guess another rebuilding year.  Ever notice Ohio State doesn't seem to have rebuilding years?

At least Michigan has earned those Big 10 places honestly over the past couple of seasons...at least I think so......

Harbaugh had to cheat to achieve the level he did. Plain and simple. Not saying he's not a good coach, he is. But his obsession with winning the title trumped doing things the right way.

Youngest team in the conference and one of the youngest in America.

Wolverines will be fine.

Love the brashness of the new IU fans.

Can’t believe we’re still doing this.

If Harbaugh done things the right way , wouldn't he want to stick around and try to win multiple Natty's for his Alma Mater ? Instead he's banned from coaching college football .

Wants to win at the highest level…the loss to his brother stings.

Not a new IU fan by any stretch. Have attended games at Memorial Stadium for decades.  But, I concede you would be an expert to understanding brashness.

I understand change is difficult....hang in there.  Keep the excuses coming.

Eh, still 21 months removed from an undefeated natty…owning our rival, Paul Bunyan, the Brown Jug both at Schembechler Hall.

Life is still good.

IU gonna win a playoff game this year?

Lol, none of us are. IU was always my #2 after Notre Dame, still are. And if there are any new fans, kudos to them for jumping on board. No one should be forced to support a losing product. I'm bandwagon, for sure. If my team keeps losing, I quit showing up. I'll watch it on TV, but not going to spend an entire day, paying big money to go see a team in person that's underperforming. Long story short? New fans are welcome.

Real fans don’t have a #2.

First team since Clemson of 2018 to beat two conference opponents by 50+.

Just saying, there are rumblings out there that this team is pretty damn good. Not sure why you think they wouldn't win a playoff game. Like Cignetti said..............."That wasn't a win, that was a warning. We're awake and we're not slowing down." IU has the best coach in the country and it's probably not even close. Freeman is my guy, but I've gotta call it like I see it.

"Dude is a clown." Remember that?

I can be a supporter of one, and a fan of another. I root for Purdue, Ball State, and St. Francis as well.

Root for one and root for whoever is playing your rival.

Still acts like a clown.  Helluva football coach and I’ve admitted I was wrong about that part.

Two things can be true at the same time.

Reporter: "What scares you about UCLA?"

Cignetti: *laughs* "You can't play scared, we have to attack." *runs off*

He's one of a kind.

If they do, they will earn it honestly....no scandals required.

Having to be “held back” after a missed PI against Oregon.

That's the kind of guy I want leading my team. Hardly makes him a clown.

Have higher expectations of guys making millions of dollars to lead student athletes.

The new reality for Michigan, looking up at IU. Mediocrity at its best. Temp justifying a 7th place and then a 5th place finish in the Big 10. Here’s your participation ribbon, now go sit in the corner and watch the big boys play. Great place for the Big 10 version of the SEC cheaters, your Michigan Wolverines!!
