Running clock in the postseason

The running clock is not used in the finals.  But, I'm wondering if that should also be the case for the Semi State (and possibly Regional) round?    Thoughts?

I think it shouldn't happen in any game, it is an absolute travesty to end a game early because one team skipped tackling drills.

The only reason it is not used in the Finals is that, for TV scheduling reasons, they don’t want a game to end early. Has nothing to do with competitiveness.

Could you imagine people who paid for those tv advertising spots not getting their promised slots...oh boy that would be a nightmare in the office the next day...
