Interested to see what the spread will be this week for ND/UNC…
One team can’t move the ball and the other can’t stop anybody.
Um, didn’t he get drafted? How spoiled are we?
Feel like we can accurately assess most conference teams after three weeks.
Here goes.
1. Ohio State
2. Michigan
3. Penn State
4. Minnesota
5. Wisconsin
6. Michigan State
7. Purdue
8. Maryland
9. Iowa
10. Rutgers
11. Indiana
12. Illinois
13. Northwestern
14. Nebraska
What say you?
Someone with more inside knowledge than me help me out here…
How is a team with 3-4 first round draft picks and talent galore all over the field currently in a dogfight with the preseason #10 Pac 12 team on its home field?
Other than Kelly and Elston was there anymore staff turnover?
If not, there is one common denominator and folks probably don’t want to hear it
Center Grove
Brownsburg
Ben Davis
Cathedral
New Palestine
Carmel
Hamilton Southeastern
Fishers
Roncalli
Westfield
Lawrence Central
Whiteland
Crown Point
Warren Central
Carroll (Fort Wayne)
Fort Wayne Snider
Zionsville
Penn
Elkhart
Bishop Chatard
Merrillville
East Central
Gibson Southern
Mooresville
Fort Wayne North
But without knowing @Fball23's coaching resume how can we say with absolute CERTAINTY that the best coaches in Carmel are not in the stands on Friday nights?
Real recognizes real though. He's not one of "them." His southern drawl only lasted about 15 minutes.
He screwed himself at halftime of that basketball game and deserves all of the hatred he is receiving.
As the Scott Frost situation showed you cannot be a bad human being AND a bad football coach and expect to last long. One or the other? Sure.
See Urban Meyer. Dude is like a squirrel. Always lands on his feet.
They lost to CG on the road in the last minute and lost a close one to a national top 100 team in Trinity (KY)...how much lower can one honestly have them?
Also, can you be specific about how they are being "outcoached?" This is the second time you have claimed that unless I am mistaken.
Could also make the argument this game is an absolute MUST win for the Irish so they are treating it like a “rivalry game.”
A loss this weekend and the ship hits the bottom of the ocean.
Has little to do with Michigan though I am hoping that Michigan's 10/11 win season that is forthcoming will allow them to poach a few ND recruits, lol.
And if you think they are winning 9 games with Drew Pyne under center, you are kidding yourself.
Yep. Never been more excited to potentially be wrong in my lifetime.
They are now decisive underdogs in at least 3 (BYU, Clemson, USC) of their remaining games.
The late 1980's were a glorious time in the Hoosier state for the reversible jacket crew. Not so much since.
Yep. The Irish are "stuck" with Freeman. If whomever replaces Rees doesn't work out in a couple of years, he will really start feeling some pressure though.
(I will never be more happy in my life to lose money...(I was on record all summer stating the over on ND wins at 8.5 was a lock)).
