North definitely has a good shot to win this game, but they will need some help from Snider to do so. 3+ turnovers and lots of penalties by Snider would do the trick. I think Snider will avoid that and get a double digit win Columbia City 42 - Leo 14 - Eagles are the real deal and take the Lions to the woodshed Norwell 35 - Yorktown 10 - Norwell gets the easy win here Luers 28 - Eastside 21 - I think this will be another game to remember between these 2 teams Bluffton 27 - Eastbrook 21 - Tigers squeak it out Adans Central 49 - Northfield 14 - Jets continue their March to State

Snider is North Side’s biggest rival in football, forget about it being South Side. North Side is not Snider’s biggest rival, nor even close. I would put Dwenger, Homestead, Carroll, and Luers ahead of North Side as to whom Snider considers their biggest rivals. North Side gets absolutely jacked for Snider every time, no matter the records, and gets their best shot. Now, with a sectional title on the line, I fully expect Snider to be jacked as well…

I think Carroll and Snider are both better than Fishers and Westfield. Let’s see how it plays out…

I think Dwenger would be wise to go back to 4A. I think the talent pool has dried up a bit and it would serve them well to play at the 4A level. Same for Snider when they were at the 6A level due to the success factor, playing school much larger is difficult. It is not impossible, but you better bring it come playoff time or you are going home.

Well, Snider has kicked their tails for years and years so it makes sense. Also, their QB a couple years ago was going to be 2nd string at Snider so he transferred to North and Snider fought the transfer making the kid sit for an entire year. Plenty of bad blood here…

Let’s remember, I have repeatedly said that when Snider plays North Side, whoever wins the game has a very good shot at playing for the state title so I am not short changing North at all. If both teams play well, I like Snider to win by 10-14 points, but if they don’t, North has a great chance to win. I think overall Snider is the better team, but damn, North has some excellent, D1 caliber players.

Challenged??? I don’t play the PC game, if Snider plays like this against North Side, North will be on the short end of a blowout…

Yes, I have watched a couple Eastside games this year and they are not near as good as last year, especially offensively. As for Luers, the SAC is way better this year and Luers winning 4-5 games when the SAC is good is normal. It is just my opinion, like always, it will be proven on the field…

I agree with you about Snider have a big advantage in special teams and coaching against North Side, but I would argue having that advantage in discipline. Been watching the Panthers for 40+ years and their lack of discipline has hurt them countless times over the years…

I see it the other way. That was Eastside’s best team ever, they controlled the whole game yet Luers was still right there at the end of the game. I don’t think Eastside is even close to what they were last year and they lost a lot more players than Luers did. If Luers beats Busco, I think Luers beats Eastside next week…
