well, the previews showed that many in the group survived the attack; but damn.

Yep...started a topic to brag about our Dogs. This was a HUGE upset in Northeast Indiana. Homestead came into Sectional 6 ranked 24th in the State, and were expected to roll through this sectional with ease. They had soundly beat every team in this sectional in the regular season. They played New Haven for the title, and had beaten the Dogs 75-59 back in December. New Haven steadily improved as the season progressed; especially becoming a tough defensive team. That defense was the difference as the Dogs won 46-44. Proud of our guys. This is by far the biggest program win in at least the last 20 years.

Talk about the wheels coming off late. IU was cruising; up 8 points, Wisconsin in foul trouble, and the bad 3’s start coming. Frustrating end to what has been a frustrating season. There is talent on this team, but that talent underachieved yet again. I think this puts them on the wrong side of the bubble. As I have been saying for some time now, even IF they do get in, they will not win a game. This loss likely drops them to an 11 seed, again IF they get in. In my mind, they have not done enough to get in.

Or he could have meant that just because some people do certain things with or for some people of color, it does not erase other things they have done in their history that were racist. -

I am curious if this trend is similar among other animals that stay in groups like lions, elephants, etc. https://www.earthlymission.com/gps-tracking-shows-how-much-wolf-packs-avoid-each-others-range/- 64 replies

Being in the coaching ranks, and knowing a number of college coaches, one thing I have learned.......There is no loyalty to a head coach; and if there is, it is rare. It seems coaches on that level are always looking for the next opportunity.....ALWAYS. It is the nature of the business....not the game, but the business side of this sport. Greg Mattison is a prime example.....coached under Lloyd Carr as a DC; then goes to one of their big rivals at the time in ND. Comes back to UM under Harbaugh and then goes to Ohio State now. To be a strength coach at Indiana where he may be making something around $150,000 a year to Alabama where he could make twice that much is a no brainer. That said, I do not envy college coaches at all; to never really settle somewhere long term is not attractive in my mind. The travels that the ones I know have taken have been ridiculous. There are a couple of them that look back and say yeah, that was nuts.

I was certain that 2 of the 3 would be dead (Daryl, Alpha, or Beta). Why Judith did not shoot Beta in the head is a bit puzzling. IF he were killed by the shot she fired, he would become a walker.....I figured it was now a SOP to either shoot to the head or chop at it depending on the weapon available after someone had been taken down. It was still a great episode though. A show like this was needed as the conflict with the whisperers was feeling like it was being dragged out a bit to start this year.

I TOTALLY understand the “well, he is not Hillary” mindset. I do. She was never even an option for me to consider either. But, he is NOT one of us, he has no clue what it means to actually work, live paycheck to paycheck, make ends meet, create a budget, and so many other things. Besides that, he lack of morals is just completely disgusting. I have conservative friends who are die hard Trump fans, now posting on Facebook, images of Mayor Pete and his husband embracing or even kissing. My thought is, do we REALLY want to go down the morality path here? All that said......the f’ing clown show from the Dems is not going to change a thing. It can be comical to watch. I refuse to watch live....I get enough of that kind of nonsense in my classroom every day. 🤣 -

This is exactly why I never bought into his BS. He is a moron. Want to call him successful? Yeah ok. Where is our national debt now? How much did it go up so far in this term? Yeah, I know he is not responsible. Don’t give me the “what about Hillary? “ BS either. Yes, I am fully aware that all politicians in DC are part of the problem, whether they are Republican or Democrat. As @Muda69refers to them.....the uniparty. The blind support for this clown is really unreal at times. He is not draining the swamp. He does NOT know more than the countless people in every area of government and science that he claims to. and theeeeennnnnnn there is this latest “speech” -
By both teams. While Purdue may be on the outside looking in, IU is very vulnerable. If a couple teams in other conferences get hot and run through their conference tourney, IU may be caught watching from home. We all know IU does not do well in the B1G tournament, so an early exit will hurt them. I still think if they win two more games to be considered. As I said though, it won’t matter if they do get in. They are out in round one.

This is pretty funny, and yet sad. Of all people to wear the jersey.....they were friends while at OSU. https://twitter.com/jasoncvincent/status/1233151700585926656?s=21 -
Great start with the inside game, then the typical IU team shows up; launching atrocious looking shots from all over. One possession stands out at this point. IU got 3 offensive rebounds in one trip and came away with no points. The defense seems to react negatively to the missed shots on offense. A 10-2 run to finish the half for Purdue may be the difference in this one. I don't even care if this team makes the playoffs when they put in this kind of effort. They will be out the first round IF they get in. Solid wins backed up by too many games like this one still have me questioning if they get in or not.

Another good win against Penn State. Penn State started hitting EVERYTHING late in the first half and the start of the second. It was not looking good when IU lost the lead.
